Mr Holden issues with the broker and the dealership.

Hi,
They seemed to be eager for me to pay the administration fee, which I did. But I didn't hear anything from Skyfleet for approximately 10 days. So I ended up chasing the dealership. They said they were waiting on a verification code from Skyfleet. There was confusion around the actual delivery, as our address was over 150 miles away, so they said we would have to wait another week for are car to be delivered on the back of a truck. We said no, let's just take the car with the 200 delivery miles.
The pre delivery inspection by the dealership was poor, as six wheel nut covers were missing and we went to use the screenwriter on our first journey and the container under the bonnet was empty. Although Snow's did send two bottles of wine, for the delivery delay. All in all not very happy.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. I am very sorry to hear that you were left feeling disappointed with aspects of your new car experience. We always want the process to be smooth and enjoyable for our customers, so I fully appreciate how frustrating it must have been when things did not go as expected.
Following your comments, I have taken the time to thoroughly review the order and the communication history relating to your vehicle. From what I can see, our team remained in regular contact throughout the process, providing updates whenever new information became available and remaining available to assist whenever required. We also worked closely with the supplying dealership in an effort to keep the process moving and ensure the vehicle could be delivered to you as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, several of the issues you experienced appear to have arisen from the supplier side rather than within Skyfleet’s direct control. In particular, the verification process and the subsequent delivery arrangements were dependent on the dealership’s internal procedures, which unfortunately led to delays and some confusion around the transport of the vehicle to your address. Our team continued to liaise with the dealer throughout this period in order to move matters forward and keep you updated.
I would like to stress that this is not intended as an excuse, but simply to explain that some parts of the process rely on third parties and are therefore outside of our direct control. That said, we always do our best to manage those relationships and advocate on behalf of our customers to ensure the best possible outcome.
I am also sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the vehicle preparation when you collected it, such as the missing wheel nut covers and the empty screen wash container. These items should certainly have been addressed during the dealer’s pre-delivery inspection, and it is disappointing that they were not. While the dealership did acknowledge the delivery delay with the gesture of the wine, I appreciate that this does not necessarily resolve the inconvenience caused to you.
Please be assured that we take feedback like this seriously and we will be raising these points with the supplying dealership so that they are aware of the issues you encountered and can improve their preparation and communication in future.

Excellent service from start to finish. Recommended.

Excellent service from Brian at Skyfleet. No hard sell or pushing for an order, just a relaxed chat to start off. Very helpful and gave me lots of information about the vehicle that was good to know.
Kept me informed on the situation once the order had been placed, and now have the car and I'm very happy with it.

Customer Service at it’s best

I’ve recently been in the market for a lease car and from searches came across Skyfleet. My enquiry was dealt online with by Debbie Wilson who was brilliant. She answered my queries promptly giving me all the information needed and was happy to offer the opportunity to speak personally to outline the procedure, new ground for me. Certain hurdles cropped up but Debbie couldn’t do more and is a real asset to the company.

Friendly, professional service

Friendly, professional, no-pressure service to lease my car. Quick too - initial enquiry to car delivery in under 20 days.
From the initial call-back to my enquiry via LeaseLoco to completion of the agreement, Pablo and the rest of the team guided me through the process with regular calls and email updates, explaining everything as we went and quickly answering any questions I had.
Would not hesitate to use them again for my next car.

I was promised the vehicle last…

I was promised the vehicle last Wednesday and on the day telephoned that the aerial was broken and it won’t be delivered.
It is now Monday and I am still waiting for answers and arrival of a vehicle . A terrible experience.
