This case has been officially investigated by CasinoGuru, who ruled in my favor.
Due to the casino's refusal to pay and lack of evidence, they have been penalized with 1,257 black points and a "Very Low" Safety Index
The Facts:
My account was manually verified and unblocked by their management on January 21st, 2026, after they reviewed my documentation.
After I won €1,750, they retroactively invoked rules to confiscate the funds—despite having already approved the exact same documents weeks prior.
They have ignored the official mediator (Martina from CasinoGuru) and my final legal ultimatums.
This is a "Rogue" casino that does not respect its own verification process. Check their profile on CasinoGuru before you even think about depositing here. I have video evidence of the entire verification process and will be forwarding this to the Anjouan Gaming Authority.
