To the point service, which made the experience very pleasant.

George Silva was very helpful. He searched for different flights on different days to get us what we were looking for. He always stayed in touch and was very professional. I highly recommend George!!

While they were able to save me money on my business class tickets, they totally dropped the ball on customer service when we were stranded in Italy due to a strike by Lufthansa pilots. No response to multiple emails and literally hung up on multiple times when calling customer service saying there was no one available to take my call so please try again. There are other consoldators out there. Research their customer service before booking.

Mindy is very helpful to find the best deal for my trip.

Ryan was absolutely exceptional in helping me book a complex return trip to to Pittsburgh PA snd returning out of Austin, Texas. The process was quite stressful, with constantly changing dates and rising flight prices, but he remained patient, calm, and professional throughout.

We worked on this for a few days, and despite the time zone differences, it was clear he was going above and beyond, even outside of normal working hours. At one point I became quite frustrated due to the situation, but Ryan handled everything with composure and understanding.

In the end, he secured the best possible option under very difficult circumstances. I usually use another agency, but I am genuinely glad I tried this one. His service has earned my trust, and I would definitely use him again.

Coby Tate, was my guy, he was quick to respond wasn't pushy let me make my choices over time and accommodated anything I needed.

Only difference is I see is if you book direct with luftansa you get two checked bags in business class and Lounge accessing cities that have a lounge. But these folks are honest and ethical and respond when emailed or called.

Coby Tate is a great agent for finding the lowest possible ticket prices for business class travel. I would 100% use him again to find airline tickets!

I tried to purchase tickets five days ago. The transaction was never finalized. My agent changed flight to an over night flight that I did not want. She was supposed to call me back multiple times. I called her instead. Finally after not hearing from her as promised, I called my credit card and canceled the transaction. I felt uncomfortable with making this transaction

Den Morales was fantastic to work with. He made the process of booking our flight from Miami to Greece seamless and stress-free. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and proactive in finding the best options for our schedule.
