Very friendly and knowledgable staff. The store was equipped with samples of all their products so you can make an informed decision based on your experience. I was so excited to set up my bed with the new pillows, sheets and comforter. What a blissful delight when I crawl into bed every night!

Dominick gave us a real education on the latex and latex hybrid options and we walked away feeling like we understood enough to make a good decision for ourselves. He listened and there was no pressure to buy. We came back and bought two days later with the help of Michael. He was prepared for our visit to narrow down the specific comfort levels we needed for our mattress, and made the ordering process smooth, simple, and clear. This was overall a great buying experience, and a real relief that we feel confident that our purchase will meet our needs. Looking forward to our mattress delivery!

I had a good experience with Michael at the showroom but felt disrespected when I called to make my order over the phone several days later. I was mistaken that a floor model was included in a holiday promotion including 2 pillows and was rudely corrected. The delivery process went smoothly and the bed has been great since.

We felt listened to, well taken care of, and knew we were working with a knowledgeable professional! Organic bedding and a non- toxic sleep environment is so important and we are happy there is a place in Marin that we can shop!

Love our new mattress!

I bought my Naturepedic mattress in San Rafael. It was my fifth mattress in 6-7 years, all of them expensive, organic, and awful one way or another. Richard was immensely helpful, guiding me through the various possibilities and directing me away from my first choice of topper, saying that the firm one was the most exchanged. He was right. Even the medium has proven to be a bit too firm and I’m in the process of exchanging it for the soft. He made that easy too. He recognized me when I returned several months later and remembered that I live some distance away. At last, the perfect mattress. Highly recommend Naturepedic and Richard.

5 stars for the in store experience. The sales person was patient with questions and ensuring we got our answers. 2 stars deducted for the delivery experience. The delivery people were rigid about not moving a base that came with the mattress and charged more when we couldn’t move it ourselves and they had to to fulfill their job of moving old mattress to another bedframe

Sheryl does a great job running the showroom and is very pleasant as she shares her product knowledge. I feel like buying a bed can be a little confusing, but Sheryl made it easy! I am very happy with my purchase and so is my brother as well as my friends. We are all sleeping better!!!

I found this company through a very good friend and client that recommended non-toxic cotton for my household and pregnancy and this pillow is INCREDIBLE! I received the two pillow cases that are 100% organic cotton and now I can’t go back!

My roomate and I were both in the market for new mattresses, so we checked out Sleep 365 after hearing about their organic options. Th estore is modern and cozy, and the team there is awesome. THey let us try everything without hovering over us. We each found something that worked, and now we're both obsessed with how comfortable our beds are. Plus no weird chemical smells like the online ones we tried before.

I really like shopping at sleep365. The website is really nice. It is easy to navigate and shop around to find what I need to find. There's a lot of details provided for multiple sizes of beddings. What is really helpful is that there are multiple options for payment like PayPal.
