I was a little bit sceptical about this company as it was my first order from them.The product I recieved is genuine but quite expensive compared to other companies. Make sure to ask for a product image as it might differ from the one seen on the website if you want to know what you are buying.Great communication with Josh is definitely an asset. Overall a good experience.

I've have using their web side for a few years now. As I said before, I was really happy I was able to find a reliable and honest people who, sell a genuine product. Even I found their prices well overpriced I kept going cause I believed that they know the staff the are selling. They don’t. For my last order I paid, trusting, that for such a price they will provide a genuine product. However, my last order costs me 400 pound and when I received it I immediately new What sort of product have been sent to me fake,purely fake powder.. I contacted a customer service with my complain. The only response I got was that they re genuine, because they come from a genuine source!! I even asked them to verify what sort of staff is that but to no avail. My point is that if a company which distributes this sort of product doesn’t know what they selling and more over don't make any effort to try to find a quality If it is a genuine product ot just a fake powder), they should be taken off the market straight away.To sort this out I offerd to send a product back and I asked for a refund. None of this has been accepted and therofere and I've finished with this company. Having chance to share my experince I am happy to spread it further, so people can realize that even a company you have ordered from for moths or even years can sell you a fake product and are not decent enough to admit it and send you a refund.
