Fantastic customer service
I looked at many websites to find the perfect mattress for us. I after reading many reviews and specs selected the Sleep Harvester PINNACLE 5000 mattress. after a little confusion caused by the wrong text coming from the delivery company I received my mattress only a few days after ordering. At this point I am still noticing a smell but its fading and I am following the care instructions to the letter. The mattress is firm and doesn't give under our weight as other mattresses we have had always did. When my husband moves in bed it is not as noticeable as with other mattresses. He has had improved sleep quality and I have also noticed the difference in my pain in my joints being lowered. I would recommend this mattress and the company are so helpful even having tools on their website to ensure you select the best mattress . They also will answer any questions and go above and beyond.

Thank you so much, Evelyn — this truly made our day! 🌟
We're absolutely delighted to hear that the PINNACLE 5000 has made such a meaningful difference for both you and your husband. Reduced joint pain and improved sleep quality are exactly what we set out to achieve with every mattress we craft — so knowing it's working for you both is incredibly rewarding to hear.
We're sorry for the initial confusion with the delivery communications by the independent courier company, but we're pleased the mattress arrived swiftly and that you're already noticing the benefits. The slight off-gassing smell is completely normal with a new mattress and will continue to fade — it sounds like you're handling it perfectly.
It's wonderful to know our selection tools helped guide you to the right choice. We put a lot of care into making that process as straightforward as possible, so your kind words mean a great deal to us.
We hope you and your husband enjoy many years of restorative sleep on your PINNACLE 5000. If you ever need anything at all, we're always here. 💙

Perfect Bed and Mattress
I purchased a sleep Harvester bed and a pinnacle 5000 mattress. It was delivered this evening by the lovely owner of the company ILYAS and his team. They not only delivered the bed but they took it upstairs to the room put it together for us, what customer service. They were all very polite, respectful and professional. Not something you get much of these days not to mention the owner of the company coming to meet his customers. The Bed and mattress are truly majestic and super luxurious. After spending thousands on beds and mattresses I cannot belief the quality and standard of these items for what they cost. If your looking for a new bed I recommend a visit to sleep Harvester site and even call ILYAS who will support you directly. Great company, excellant support and superb value and quality.

Very Good Buy
I made this purchase on the 13/02/2026. Being disabled it was/is an impossibility for me to visit furniture stores and and actually test out/lay on mattresses, but I was in desperate need of a new mattress so I had to do something. After hours of online research The Pocket Spring Mattress 5000 Pillow Top Double Mattress King Size Mattress by Sleep Harvester appeared to be the outstanding buy. Having now slept on it for well over a month I am delighted. The guys who delivered it were also great.

Simply Top Quality
I have ordered from Sleep Harvester before, for our main bedroom and the mattress is nothing short of amazing. My sleep quality improved drastically and as such, have come back to order for my toddler who has moved up from his cot.
We ordered a junior size bed and they were able to make the mattress to fit.
Communication was very pleasant and between ordering and delivery, it was surprisingly quick.
I would now no longer use anyone else for mattresses. I am a big believer of a good nights sleep being essential to health and happiness. And Sleep Harvester have my trust to deliver on this with their product.
I am also a big believer in supporting the little guy. As I understand it, Sleep Harvester are a small player in the industry, but at the top when it comes to quality.
