The guys who delivered the new bed were amazing, they worked efficiently and professionally, took the old bed down and installed the new one in very quick time. The bed is just as we expected and so comfortable.. Thankyou

The team were punctual, efficient & very polite. There was some confusion about whether installation had also been purchased but this was dealt with very quickly & professionally. Would highly recommend- particularly this team.

Needed new sheets for adjustable bed we bought 7+ years ago. Bed still going strong, new sheets arrived very quickly, just waiting for next bed change day.

The people who assembled the bed, screwed up, they said there was a bolt missing and would inform sleep Kings, there was not a missing bolt, but definitely a key component bolt was installed incorrectly and cross threaded, as I'm disabled, I can't remove the bolt from the bed to replace it, tried phoning customer services countless times, to no avail, feel let down and conned.

Excellent service from Sleepkings, order delivered next day, bed installed by their technician, mattress is very comfy, the price was very reasonable and the customer service is second to none.
Overall I am very impressed and very happy with the whole experience..

Good quality bed, delivered within 5 days. Delivery guys were great.

We had a stair lift and everything was done to perfection they were able to manoeuvre past everything excellent quick service and kept up to date on delivery

I had a delivery slot of between 6pm and 9pm on Saturday night, I knew we would be out from 7 pm, so I declined the slot, and told a woman who rang that it was not suitable, expecting another call to rearrange.
The mattress turned up at 6.30pm totally unexpected, luckily we were still in to accept it!

Fantastic and very professional service

The chaps who installed everything were very courteous and polite. They installed everything perfectly and cleared all packaging leaving the house spotless.
The bed itself is perfect.

Quick delivery

Brought the rest well package(bed , mattress, headboard) not over impressed for price very basic, although does look nice!
Delivery shocking do not pick the 6-9pm slot as they delivery all over country and have loads to deliver so your time slot keeps getting pushed back my 1st delivery was estimated for 10pm then they cancelled, they faffed around to redeliver, although the guys that came on 2nd delivery are friendly, set up bed took all rubbish but then I did pay £80 for that
Don't pay £80 for bed collection your council will collect bed and mattress for half the price
All in all not impressed, you pay for what you get i guess
