Always wanted a pillow that was good for tummy sleepers and I went with the reviews on there page I have had it a few weeks now and definitely no complaints from me or my daughter.

Comfortable Cosy Affordable

Really poor customer service protocol and product. Was literally told the fact that my topper flattened after a few days does not indicate it's faulty. So therefore I assume that they will do nothing if your products stop working or are of low quality (poor quality has nothing to do with personal preference as suggested in their reply). After sending multiple images clearly showing the product was completely useless, they did absolutely nothing and offered no resolution. After opening a claim on PayPal, they eventually said I could return it for the same item - but of course I don't want that as I suspect it will just do the same thing. I have to say I'm shocked at how little the company cares. All I wanted to do was return a product that doesn't work. I contacted them well within the return period but apparently they just can't do anything.
