They can be more supportive regarding…
They can be more supportive regarding policy changes before the policy start date. The current only option available is to cancel the policy costing £40.00.
Also I would like to have the option to receive a log in link via email to access the account via a desk top. I am currently receiving the link by text only which does not allow me access my account other than by phone.

Slow and clunky website
Slow and clunky website, froze on payment screen so I had to go back and re-do it. Cheap cover, hope I never need to claim.
