Order was canceled no notice. I tried to contact numerous times email and phone. No response. Would never buy from again

No response from customer service after several attempts to get order status

Ordered outdoor boards, but after 2 weeks, received a message that the order was cancelled! No explanation at all. I tried to contact via email, no response. Thru online chat, no response. And thru phone call, no answer! why no response? i've seen lots of comments that they have terrible customer service, so looks like its still true.

Heed the warnings of the others on here. I didn’t. I received my cornhole boards with what was obviously a splintered/chipped corner on one and they didn’t think I’d notice so they chose to glue the piece on and ship it to me as-is. I have tried to contact them through customer support, and also through their Art Director whom I worked with for the custom design. All my attempted contacts with them I have been fabulously gracious as I’m not even sure it needs replacement I tell them. I’d like to just hear from them that this is something they’ve done in the past, and they have a history of success with these glued repairs. I want to know this just wasn’t some one-off that somebody did without knowledge of whether it’s going to stand the test of time. I don’t want the piece falling off in two months and then being stuck with a chipped board and them blaming me. Nobody will return your call or email trust me on this. I should’ve trusted all the other reviewers too. No matter how cool the product may look, you’ve got to do the basics of customer service—and whether they would make this right or not or even answer my question satisfactorily is irrelevant, when they can’t be bothered to even respond. There’s too much good in the world to give your money to people who run a business without regard for delivering a product free from defects or even respect you enough to return your call or email once they’ve got your money. Buyer beware it’s a gamble—if you get your boards free of defects, you’ll love this company because you don’t have to contact customer service or get a resolution, but on the off chance you get damaged boards (like many here have) you’ll hate them. It’s a roll of the dice. Good luck! 🍀

It has been over a month for my custom prepaid $400 order. I have made at least 4+ attempts to find out status.... no response.
I would not recommend ordering anything custom from these people.

Since I can’t replay to a response to my comment, I’ll do it here. First off, I understand damages can happen. But BOTH sets of boards came damaged on the corners, there was no padding. To be clear I was NOT happy with the over all quality and finish to the second set of boards but I was tired of dealing with trying to deal it all so I hand sanded them myself and lived with the fact that the corners were damaged along the bottom. This is something someone shouldn’t have to do spending $400 on a set of boards. It’s laughable that you assume that because your boards are literally falling apart that I’m not storing them correctly. Where exactly on your website does it tell a consumer how to store them? Would someone like to contact me directly to give me instructions on how to store them? This could all have been avoided with a little effort. I’ve documented with support exactly the issues I’ve dealt with from the beginning. It’s not an abuse/storage issue. It’s a quality issue. If there was actually any sort of effort made to actually provide a product worthy of the price, I’d gladly leave positive reviews.

One of the boards came broken ! After multiple attempts via email no one ever got back to me.

Had a slight issue with damage on delivery, and they fully resolved the issue and corrected any concerns. I purchased one of the trex sets and it is fantastic build and quality! Looking forward to enjoyment and use of the boards!!

I had purchased the scratch and dent boards, at a lower cost of brand new, and I must say they work great even with the defects…you can see the repairs on the play surface that does not effect game play, and the slight cracks where the screws are attached I just filled cracks with gorilla wood glue….don’t be afraid to buy scratch and dent boards…..they do offer returns if not happy…I have no need to return…

I bought these cornhole bags as a gift for my husband. He absolutely loves them. I even throw them myself. They have a really smooth side and the other side has a little texture to it. They are a great buy. Quality is excellent.

Do a better job on your boards! I had to sand around the hole! It was so rough the bags would hang! Not built very well. When you hit the boards, they are very loud!

I ordered the custom boards and they took the time to make sure I was happy with design. I love the board built with quality. I wish I would have just started with a quality board like this and save myself some money trying to go the cheaper route

I received a set of these boards for my Birthday a few years back have to say these boards are top of the line and very well constructed. I have had no issues with these boards and have purchased 3 more set for my kids who absolutely love them. Thanks SlickWoody keep up the good work .
