This is not the first time I ordered from Slimcase.co, and it will definitely not be the last time. As for the recent purchase I made for my Galaxy S22+, I received the order with the outside box crumpled. Unfortunately, this affected the inside item. I sent an email right away to Slimcase.co and this representative named Ann was so patient and professional in handling the matter. Kudos to Ann and the whole Slimcase.co Management Team! Also, your products are as much worth the price as the representatives behind it. Looking forward for another business with Slimcase.co!

The case is durable. I like the design.

Got my case and it has light scratches with a stain that I can't remove. The customer support is asking for an unboxing video which was not properly instructed through email or in the box itself. This is a hassle. Not worth the time and money.

I have ordered my first slimcase and got a slight issue. I have reached out to their team and have resolved it in less time than I expected. Overall, the product was sleek and classy and is a recommended item for everyone out there. Thanks slimcase!

After a week of using my case, I went back to my other case.

I started using Slimcase since 2021 for my galaxy phone to keep the aesthetic clean. I want it to be as bare as it could be, as if I were using the phone with no case.
To be honest, the new S23 Ultra case's material is waaaay better than the previous kind of case where it scratches and loosens quickly. It feels as if I am just holding my phone as it is. Material wise, it is great. Just better. But after a week of using it, I went back to my former case. The reason is that aesthetically, for me, is not what I wanted. As I said, I wanted something as if I were holding the phone as it is. That would imply that it should look as it is. With the new material, it felt like it is as bare as it is, but the design...no much. Mostly because of the open cut out of the camera. If it were closed just like some other cases where the cameras are the only thing seen from the back and not a surrounding lip, it would be just better.
I understand that there is a reason to which the lip was used. But I hope slimcase would offer an option to which the case would cover it all, just like the extra camera protection with the Galaxy S21 Ultra with the same materials used in their Unique series.
For now, I'm in the middle, satisfied with the material used, but dissapointed with the design.

I still love slimcase because they alone deliver what they were aiming for. "Slim" "Case".
No brand or company can match their ability to slim the cases.

Case is absolutely Stunning, I bought transparent one and absolutely loving it.. For the quality and thickness I would 100% recommend to my family and friends..

But do not trust on customer support, they absolutely not supportive, non responsive.. until you get irritated. , my order id 000959660B.

If Slimcase selling on Amazon, then 100% go for it.. 👍 Otherwise it is like, you are always in 50% risk whether you'll receive the correct product or not. And as Customer support are not good and responsive.. so I would not recommend in respect to customer support experience.

I wanted to buy more cases for my Wife, & Kids in respect to quality.. but because of the bad experience.. I will not prefer.. I'll prefer if they sell on amazon.

After 4 months of using my slimcase for iphone 14 pro max, my case got some damaged on the edges, I've tried to contact just to ask if its under warranty and without any hesitation the helped me. Recently got slim case for my watch. Looks great because its super slim compared to my old case.

Just a feedback on the armour plastic, my friends were very skeptic about its strength until last week they saw my phone drop from our office bar table and bounce a number of times. No dents or cracks, no scratches. Converted them instantly to slimcase, they just placed an order a while ago. 😅😂

Not worth it. After 3 months of use, the phone case starts to warp and get loose. They offer one time courtesy free replacement in 2 years but you have to pay for the shipping worth 8AUD/11.90MYR/195PHP. I'm hesitant to avail the free replacement because I think the defectiveness of the case will happen again. I ordered Samsung S21 Ultra with camera cover btw.

The material used for the case is great. I got for my s23 ultra and it was a slippery phone. The case provided good grip and I feel protective.

Definitely not recommending Slimcase. Bought 2 transparent cases for iPhone 13 Pro Max for myself and my partner. Within less than 2 years (which is within the warranty period), we had to replace it.

The cases cracked after 1 or 2 light falls which is like from dining table height to a flat floor. It is definitely nice aesthetically but durability wise is definitely NOT a strength. Communicated with the customer support but when informing them about how fragile the cases are, they will have a standard script to defend it instead of taking it as a feedback.

Will definitely not purchase it again and trying out other brands instead which are both aesthetically nice and most importantly with good durability.
