Initially had a good experience when I first signed up with a decent win but I haven’t won anything since.
I appreciate that’s the nature of the beast but it seems a little too coincidental.
In all fairness, they do offer a good variety of games and withdrawal is almost instant.
However, a few months ago, I had an issue with them regarding a promotional offer and trying to contact a human agent via live chat is like trying to arrange dinner with the Pope!
The chatbot Marcus has default questions with multiple choice options to answer but if your query doesn’t fit one of the options/answers, you get absolutely nowhere.
I therefore decided to take some time out for a few months and spend my money elsewhere but then on 04/06/2026, I decided to give them another try.
I logged in and there was a promotion available called “Slingo Me” (or possibly “Slingo Time”) whereby if you deposited £10, you would be rewarded with a £10 bonus.
I opted in, deposited £10 and played the £10 of real cash with no sign of any bonus.
When I checked my account, there was a £10 bonus balance but I was unable to use this.
After battling with the chatbot on live chat, I eventually was able to speak to a live agent who informed me that I needed to wager / redeem 50 points in order to access my bonus.
Their bonus policy clearly states:
“You will only use your Bonus Balance after first using any Real Balance you have.”
At the end of the day, wager requirements are specifically in relation to any winnings from free spins and/or bonus credit.
I have since sent numerous emails including logging a formal complaint and I haven’t received an acknowledgement or response to my emails and I have basically been ignored for three days.
What makes it more frustrating is that they are still sending me marketing emails!
I think it is absolutely terrible for an organisation to ignore a customer’s formal complaint, within any type of industry.

Not the best , i was playing the slot games for a while and building up your 3 bonus pots at the top of the screen in the game waiting for the pot to burst for the bonus . I exited the game to deposit some more money and when I went back into the game all the pots reset itself and they were empty again . That shouldn't happen as the progress of the game should stay the way it was when you last played it . This happened on a few occasions . I also had a experience when I was winning a certain amount of money when on a bonus game, for instance I was winning £18 on the bonus spins I already played on the bonus screen and when I took my next bonus spin a lot of money coins appeared with £2,£3,£5,£7.50,£10 ,mini jackpot,minor jackpot,and other coins that i cant fully remember the value of but and all of a sudden a error code appeared and kicked me out of the full game and it only awarded me my £18 that I won from the bonus spins that i played before that big winner that i explained above . Contacted customer support , I got all the stories technical error we will contact the game provider please give us up to two weeks to deal with the matter . I was going round in circles contacting then all the time they said they ciuldnt do anything . I had all the screenshots of the game i played with all the coins on the screen that i was entitled to win, screenshots of my gamjng history of the £18 they gave me before the error code appeared . Screenshot of the game with everything on it includeing the error code so they couldn't get away with conning me out of my proper winnings and remaining bonus spins, but they still refused to pay me and for the life of me I still can't understand how they managed to get away with this .
