I can’t say this ENOUGH. Customer service is non existent. I have been waiting for a payout for weeks. I’ve emailed. I’ve been messsaging on instagram. Nothing. I’ve tried using ACH and check. I cancelled the check because waiting two months for it to come in the mail? Insane. The ACH is no different. I already filled out a BBB for this company. I have a $250 payout “pending” and another $165 still in there that I’m sure I’ll never get so why bother a payout. It’s sad how much people actually think this app is good. Because I’m not sure what they are doing to get a positive review for this app. This app needs to be evaluated by BBB and sued for lack of payout accuracy and misleading information.

This site is a total scam

This site is a total scam. Took me 8 months just to get verified. I requested my first check and got it 10 days later. I waited 30 days to be able to request another check. I requested my check on Aptil 4th, today is April 14th and its still processing. Yet my first check was processed within 6 hours. This site relies on people giving up. They will string you along and along via AI customer service that only responds once every 5 emails. Do not under any circumstances ever put any money on this site. You will never be able to get any back.

As you can see they have replied...but it's totally BS. I have sent countless emails. All I ever get is an AI response asking me if im talking about the same or new issue as my previous dilemma, even though it should be obvious. I respond to that email and get nothing back. However when I send a brand new email, I get a response within a few days again asking me if its the same or a new issue. This site is a scam and I will stand by that until they have actual human customer service.

My check was never sent or received for…

My check was never sent or received for the payout from 10/24/2025.
It was finally credited back to my player account 3/3/2026
I am still unable to request a payout and would like to try the ach method this time but I would not spend money on ach method since I have not received my payout from October and contacted support numerous times
It has been 6 MONTHS of trying to redeem this money
I have contacted support multiple times and still have not received my money at this point I would say after 6 months and I am and have been verified this is a scam

I have contacted support email multiple times just with a run around and last time they responded on Thursday they asked me to respond if this was a new issue or the same

This is after a dozen of emails and still no resolution only to be asked if it was a new or same issue and nothing again

I have been waiting for over 4 months (120+ days) for a simple SSN identity verification to be completed. I currently have over $150 in winnings sitting in my account that I cannot withdraw because Slips refuses to process my verification.

I have reached out to support multiple times, only to receive the exact same automated, canned response every single month. They claim "verification times can vary," but there is zero excuse for a 4-month delay in 2026. At this point, it feels like they are intentionally stalling to avoid paying out winners.

I have given them a one-week deadline to escalate this to a human manager and fix my account. If this isn't resolved, I will be filing formal complaints with the State Gaming Commission, the BBB, and initiating bank chargebacks for every deposit I’ve made.

STAY AWAY if you actually want to see your money. They are quick to take your deposits but will ghost you the moment you try to cash out.

EDIT : to the support that said make an email ive sent over 20 emails and i just get pushed into a wall with theyre responses i will be filing a charge back for 1300$ and contacting my state gambling board to get slips banned in my state aswell as reporting slips california lisence.

As everyone else has said this is a scam site. They won't verify your account in order to steal your money. I can't wait for slips to respond saying to contact support. The same support that has been ignoring and scamming me for weeks.

Manipulates the amounts and changes winnings

It is very deceptive and does not actually send ur payout. They also try to manipulate the amount u win and change info to reflect less of ur winning. Now it even tries to tell u that ur bet is 10$ then charge u 20$. Check the info before u do it cuz they are pretty sneaky and I am sure they will have a class action lawsuit against them in no time . It states that u can request payout at 50 and then they changed the rule after 2 months of not paying it to me then I requested 100 like they changed rule to and I am still waiting for the payout. It should be 2 weeks they said but it’s over a month now for this request and no one answers the messages that u send. They will not give u any valid reasons or explain any of their misdoings they aren’t being monitored and I think they should research who is making all the money from this. They are really cheating and a lot so they should be watched and probably checked on all their accounts and claims as they are changing info and changing amounts and it’s all so very very very frustrating n probly other things

terrible platform

terrible platform, terrible customer service. i have tried cashing out 3 seperate times. once with ach and it will not let me add my information no matter what i do. also 2 times for a check, when it says 14 days and its been over 30 days both times and still "processing". They are a scam in my eyes dont even waste your time, even if it is a free bet youll never be able to cash out or get any kind of help at all. If i could give negative stars i would they need to be shut down. My last option is to talk to a lawyer and discuss my options. Dont waste your time or money.

The slips scam continues!

It is sad and unfortunate that I once again need to leave another review of the Slips app, but do to thier continued fraudulent behavior I am left with no choice. I would HIGHLY suggest the CEOs and founders Jess A. Richman and Gurminder Singh pay attention to the fraud being highlighted as they will be put in jail if it is not brought to an end! And let me be very clear, this is not an issue that I am doing something wrong, or not understanding, this is an issue with them REFUSING to verify real driver licenses so funds can be withdrawn from accounts! This same issue I am experiencing, is the same subject of hundreds and hundreds of complaints on this website, the app store, google play store and BBB, SIMPLY , When opening an account, depositing funds, they are welcoming, make it very easy, Try and withdraw those funds? They then claim they have a legal responsibility to verify your identity so the funds can be withdrawn, And then the website each time the drivers license is uploaded says"failed to verify " EACH AND EVERY TIME,. again, this is NOT just a me issue, thousands of users are ALL having the EXACT same issue and it has been going on for months. As I have said in previous reviews In more than 150 attempts in over 8 months, each and every time they state my state issued REAL ID "failed to verify". The same ID that I have used to open bank accounts and fly on a plane during this time span, BUT for some reason, with thousands of users in the APPs, stating the EXACT SAME ISSUE, they can't seem to figure out how to verify it. I have also sent directly by email, pictures of front and back of drivers license, and they STILL can not get it verified . Its been more than 8 months. It is the height of irresponsibility and incompetence that in over 8 months, that NOT ONLY have they failed to verify my DL, They also have not responded, NOT ONCE, what the issue is they can not get it verified!!! It is DISGUSTING and PATHETIC How they can repeatedly come on here and other review sites, Claim they are there to help, say to email them so you can become a priority, and then 100% ignore and DO NOT respond to the email inquiries they requested! HOW IN THE WORLD can it take 8 months to verify a legally issued license????? It is way past gone from gross incompetence to just outright fraud.... I just joined can’t get money it telling me to deposit a different amount every day! Why do I have to deposit money to get my money it makes no sense! Worst Customer Service of an sportsbook

Really deserves 0 stars because of what I’ve had to deal with. Don’t use the app and just avoid it. My money has been locked for an undisclosed reason and with only a email option to seek support Ive had no luck getting ahold of a real person. I’ve sent emails to help@slips .com for 12 straight days and have received the same generic automated message asking if I have a new or same issue. If they choose to respond to this post they’ll probably tell me to send them an email which I’ve done with no luck for 2 weeks now. How do I get help regarding my account if I can’t get ahold of a real person when emailing?

ZERO STARS DONT FALL FOR IT

If I could leave no stars I absolutely would!! I have tried to contact them several times only to receive unhelpful responses via automated emails. I have won 360$ that is just sitting somewhere in space. I waited MONTHS before canceling the checks and trying the ACH deposit which is a failure as well don’t do it it’s a trick! I connected my bank account and it even says completed in the history but I received an email from Aeropay that it was declined because my bank wasn’t connected properly… not sure how that works. They just want your money they never planned on giving us shit!! DO NOT FALL FOR IT!!!!!!!!

I would give this 0 stars if I could. MAJOR SCAM. You win enough to redeem and in order to do it to bank you have to pay a subscription but they also offer by check. Well I submitted a redemption via check in January and it said it would be about a week. Well here we are in April. Still says processing. Still no word. And No response from support. Just stay away. And I see from previous reviews the company replying to reach out to customer support. Please don’t even reply that as I HAVE. NUMEROUS TIMES. no response.

Winnings held hostage

For 3 months I have been trying to get my account verified so I can collect my winnings. I have made two deposits, so they have my info. I have emailed multiple time. If I could rate them zero I would

If I could rate them zero, I would. They make it difficult to verify identity after 3 months they finally verified. Then when i requested a payout I was encouraged to purchase a subscription to enable ACH payment method that is supposed to let you obtain larger payout amounts. They cancelled my payouts and then locked my payout option. No one will respond and I have heard hundreds of people who have not been able to collect their winnings. This is s direct violation of the Federal Trade Commission Unlawful Internet Gaming Enforcement Act. They are a scam company. FRAUDULENT committing wire fraud as well.

This has to be illegal…

I've had a 192 dollars sitting in this app for 9 months and either it processes for months or they cancel my payout this has been going on for almost a year I even tried paying for their subscription to get the ach payment and same result how on earth are these guys able to stay in business I'm pretty sure this is illegal and am starting to look into getting legal counsel would be worth it at this point
I've already tried emailing you guys and I keep getting th same generic message about the withdraws the stipulations and my money qualifies for a withdrawal.ill tell you what you get my withdrawal to got through and I'll rescind this statement , the one with apple's app manager, and the one with the better business bureau I'll be patient for a week shouldn't take you longer than that I mean it's been 6 months already. If you don't help me I'll double down starting with Reddit and ending with a consumer rights lawyer so slips your on the clock starting April first. 12am

This app is a complete scam!!

This app is a complete scam and I sure hope someone files a class action lawsuit against them for fraud. I have used this app since Nov 2025 and still haven’t seen a single cent from them. They drag their feet every chance they get when it comes to paying out customers. I have placed 3 different payouts going back to Jan 2026 and every single one of them just sits as “processing” despite it being over 2 months. You can’t even start a payout until your account is verified with ID, address, and Social Security number, so that can’t be an excuse for not paying out customers. After 2 months of them sitting on their hands and dragging out issuing a check they then “cancel” the check and put the money back into your slips account, therefore eliminating your ability to actually cash out and subsequently funneling the money right back into the system. I have emailed them multiple times concerning my issues with getting paid and their customer support is laughable. I’m pretty sure it’s handled by bots because every time I contact them I get back an extremely vague answer that doesn’t remotely address my concern. Before the AI they use to respond to negative reviews tells me to simply email their help support with my info and payout dates, I have already done this and these idiots have yet to look into my payout problems. This company needs to pay their customers what they are owed and need to stop being scum bags!!
