Waiting for a £40 withdrawal for over 5 days ( small amount) received an email saying the beneficiary details (my own name) are wrong so my withdrawal has been denied !! AVOID !! SCAM!! If they can’t payout a measly £40 I wouldn’t even entertain this joke of a site 🤬

Its a shame but something is definitely not right with their games. I have never had a problem withdrawing however that may be as largest withdrawal was only around £800. Recently the games feel completely rigged. Ive played enough slots to know you can go on a dreadful run on any site but this is different, its got so blatant now its like they have given up pretending to be legit and are just trying to steal as much as possible as quickly as possible. Foolish as if they had been a little less greedy they could have maintained many profitable punters with gambling problems!

Withdraws are taking way to long to be accepted and there should be a added a button for locking your withdraw for sure.

Update, my withdrawals has been voided what a total scam!

Bullshit website.. won £490 and they refused to release my funds or put them back in my account. This website has been reported, don’t believe the true reviews there definitely not real. SCAMMERS!!!

Always trusted this site up until now. Withdrawn 1000 euro and was pending for 3 days, kept being told it will be woth me soon. Now the transaction has been removed from my account and no trace anywhere of the withdraw or the 1000 euro. They suddenly aren't responding to my emails and live chat keeps not working

I have played at this casino for 3 years. I was a huge fan and had a 5* star review here. Well not any more. What the actual hell have they done to this casino.

All withdrawals are now taking a week. And they continue to offer the option to cancel them which is illegal in the UK.

The slots have all been switched to a much lower RTP version recently. They are now at like 80rtp which is useless to play. A bonus now takes roughly 5000/10,000 spins on average and usually pays out less than 5% of the cost of getting it

All live casino games have been removed as they find them harder to influence.

Complete scam after so long of using this site.
Had a bonus, followed everything in terms and conditions, completed the entire wager and more. Then made two withdrawals on separate days for around £7000.
Then two days later my withdrawals have vanished from my account but €2000 is in there to play with!
Nobody is responding to emails and live chat coincidently isn't working on my account.
Made nearly 50 withdrawals previous to this but I'm guessing as it's a lot of money they don't want to pay it.

At first was all good made a few withdrawals then collected 300euros then bam blocked

Initially had an issue with the site locking me out. Customer services replied within 24 hours and explained the problem.
Currently enjoying the titles such as starburst. Had some great returns. Will try and withdraw some funds this week to see how the process goes.

Mental site. You deposit €100 expect to be charged 107.50 euro and they will deny that they took the extra 7.50 🤣 and on chat just close it down

4 stars for a good selection of games but the payouts are not good and the amount of scatters/bonus feature very rare. Have had 2 very small withdrawals in comparison to what I have deposited over time. Will play them for a little while longer as there has been good reviews but I will quit if I find that I'm getting ripped off too much. Will update later.
