I wish I could give 0 stars as they don’t even deserve that either to be honest I have deposited £100 and opted in for the bonus yes I followed all the steps and waited because I thought it would take time but was curious to why I have not received it only to go on the chat bot which was clearly no help only to be told I never opted in LOL ok they will lure you into believing that there bonus exists and later till you never opted in they are nothing but con artists steer clear people they are only going to rob you blind.

They’re quick to take your money, but slow as hell to return it. It’s been over 48 hours and still no approval.

Honestly, I feel like they’re collecting ID documents just to commit fraud. They don’t verify anything when they take your money, but to give it back? Suddenly you’re dealing with MI5-level checks.

So find it strange people haven't received or have trouble receiving payouts, maybe haven't fulfilled wagering requirements or something, I never used any bonuses on this site so had no wagering requirements at all to cash out.

Loved white hat casinos until they decided to send me a lovely email. It stated they have banned me from any future promotions or offers. Despite me being a customer for years and depositing £1000s. I loved the offers they made the sites attractive. I asked for a reason behind this and just kept being told decision final. Terrible way to treat a customer. I've told them to close all my accounts. And when I they did get back to me told me I have to wait another 10 days for a response. I have had to also pester them to get anywhere. They have also closed my account too in the process. Email i received upon withdrawal request stated the pending processes was only 24hrs and 0 minutes but nearly 2 days later, nothing.
