If I could rate it 0 I would , I'm a recovering gambling addict and they won't block my account or delete me there saying I have to return every 30 days to request it , I have email proof of this conversation

I would implore anyone reading this to never open an account with this site.

I used them for about a year and initially the experience was OK although the withdraw process is ridiculous, you can only withdraw £500 at a time and it regularly took over a week for this to complete despite saying it takes 2-3 days all over their website.

About 4 months ago I won a life changing amount, in excess of 40k, since I won that the withdraw process slowed even further, the last one took 2 months to complete! I have today just received an email from them saying I have violated one of the terms of their small print, the wording is so convoluted that I can’t even work out what it means, and that my account has been closed!

Fantastic range of markets and odds are really competitive. Only just made my first withdrawal request so I’m hopeful there won’t be any issues but so far really impressed and will be using these for the foreseeable future.

The company is fraudulent. Do not deposit funds into Slotsnbets. There are many reasons why this site is not regulated. If you need any more information as to why, read their own full T&Cs (link at bottom of site) and look at all the ways in which they control how much can be bet and withdrawn. Even if you win money, which is highly likely, you will not be able to withdraw it. Use a regulated site. If you don’t, don’t say you weren’t warned here first.

If I could give this a 0 or a - stars I would!! Absolute sham of a gambling sight! My partner won £600 fair and square and they took his winnings and told him he wasn’t to have them! This sight is a scam run by con artists and I would HIGHLY advise you not to use this sight!

Joined a couple of days ago. Now the website has disappeared….did get a text from them saying the site is down for maintenance so fingers crossed. Luckily I haven’t spent too much and only have £25 in the account but still not great.

I was finally able to get my money out of this scammers!! I was able to report to RE FUN DCA rt and they were able to successfully process a charge back. It only took a couple of days. If your having the same issues with slotsnbet you can report them and get your money back. Just find them online.

I have been using for about 2 months and have had 2 successful payouts of £500 each, however since this I have deposited another significant chunk of money and now being told me account is restricted due to some chargeback activity but I have a 12k balance that I now cannot do anything with, sketchy responses via emails so really not confident in this casino at all. How I wish I had looked here first, now I see I have been stung for 200 pounds, after sending multiple online chats with no response I went to the email route, only to find the web address was invalid, this site is based in Nigeria, they are dirty rotten thieves and this dosnt end here for me, its money back, or they get flagged all over the media, so they get avoided and lose much much more.

I won €100 last Saturday (minimum you can withdraw) so I asked to withdraw it, I had to send my photo ID, bank statement, utility bill and more. I did this all and they confirmed it was fine and would be in ASAP. It says on their faqs page, two days, it’s been a week in 6 minutes.
I emailed them and kept asked when to expect it and I got an automated response saying ‘ We would like to inform you that we are aware of your request and you will receive your payment as soon as possible’
I replied saying that I need my money and it’s not good enough, I’ve been patient but I need to know when, they said the 18th. That is THREE WEEKS since my account was verified. I emailed back saying this wasn’t good enough and they emailed me saying this ‘ Your account is now closed after decision of our relevant department’ I replied saying ‘ You can’t close my account and keep £80 cos I asked when I’d get my money’ and they replied with..... Please note that 0 balance exists in your account.
Issue is now considered resolved’

Is all i got to say to slotsnbets, REMEBER the email i sent u outlining every single bit ov action i was gunna take against u, well i see ur threats never happened, but every step i said id take happened and happened in minutes. ANY1 READS THIS u can complain to the authorities in corcau who gave these lot a licence to operate state that in ur email state u will charge back on bank, you can the deposits will all be overseas to shops and not a company YOU have actively used. Once u ste this they will reply to u, or just create other email account and ask ur question as some1 new, i did this and got told what i needed but they wouldnt tell me from the email registered to them.

You can get your money back if you have been scammed before 17th of May 2021.

Guys yes they they are a scam website. Yes they dont have a licence and they are operating illegally and they dont have a right to take money from UK players. However good news is that you can get all of your money back like me. Its a simple process.

1 - If you have been scammed by them go online to metropolitan police website and report this and get your crime reference number. Please dont forget to mention slotsnbets sister websites to the police Royal Oak casino, Lady Linda online casino, Divas Luck casino, LeoMonaco, PlayatHarriys and others. And do not in any circumstances deposit any more money after 17th of May 2021.

2- Call 01212306655 (Gambling Commission’s confidential intelligence line) and tell them exactly what happened.

3- Call your bank and speak to the frauds team and tell them how you have been scammed. Give them the crime reference number and tell them that you have reported it to the police and the gambling commission confidential intelligence line.

And remember its the responsibility of the Bank + Police + Gambling commission to make sure you are safe. And gambling commission has to make sure there is a collaboration and you are safe. Thats the reason they are getting paid a lot of money.
