Slouchy Avis 

I ordered a robe after having one bought myself as the colours are pretty. I bought one for my mum for her birthday I had issues on the website and asked on the chat option what I wanted to order. I was told to order a medium and the order would be amended due to a site glitch. I did so, 3 days later and a day before my mums birthday an email telling me they weren't in stock even though I had asked the question prior. Happy to take you're money. I'm offered a green one which I ordered grey or the 'pro' version with no option of a discount for inconvenience or anything. Quick responses only when buying. Apparently mu refund will go in on the 6th yet paypal can be instant. Go elsewhere pay a bit more for better customer service and products!!

My "waterproof" Slouchy robe leaks in front of my shoulders. I contacted them and arranged to show it to them at Badminton horse trials last May.
On that day I was advised I could have a refund or a new one in August when their new supplier ones came in.
I opted for that as only wanted a coat that is waterproof as it was sold to be.
It is now January and the new supplier one has not materialised despite several emails to and fro advising they haven't arrived yet.... Finally I said I would have a refund as I still need a waterproof coat for walking my dog. However now my emails are just ignored and my being a patient customer has not been appreciated by what I thought was a small company.... I had a new Saltrock coat for Christmas and it is waterproof as my Slouchy one was sold to be but is not. I may take the Slouchy one to Badminton again but this time wont be fobbed off. Meantime I can wear the Slouchy one on dry days and enjoy telling people I dont recommend them as they are not waterproof despite being sold as waterproof and how I have been fobbed off by poor customer service at Slouchy. They have even trotted out that okd chestnut " its the only complaint weve had about letting rain in"
I do recommend the Saltrock version and the Dry robe versions. Both waterproof as sold.

I ordered 2 Slouchy robes for my granddaughters’ birthdays in July. The girls loved the dry robes. However, after a couple of wears the sleeve seam on one robe split at the back and it was clear that this was caused by poor sewing and an inadequate seam allowance. Unfortunately the Slouchy returns procedure is just as inadequate. I followed the directions on the website completing a returns form with photographs etc. After several days I contacted the company using a Chatbot and had a reply saying that the Returns email address was no longer used. Following an email conversation whereby I was promised a refund I returned the damaged robe to Slouchy via Royal Mail using the postal address from the website. Royal Mail were unable to deliver the parcel as the company recently moved! (New address wasn’t on website and no phone number). Nearly 4 weeks later I still haven’t had the parcel returned and of course no refund. I could not recommend Slouchy! Their admin systems and returns policy are very poor.

The quality is just second to none. When you see a wearable blanket hoodie in shops, Argos or Amazon and you touch it, it just feels like a fleece. Not Slouchy though. It is a completely different experience. Words can't describe it but I'd say glorious, majestic and awesome are pretty close.
We've got 6 in our house now.
On top of that the customer service is superb to and my somewhat unusual request was promptly dealt with. Thank you Lisa!

Bought a slouchy hoodie for my mum for Christmas and she only takes it off when absolutely necessary. Just ordered myself and my partner one each, super quick delivery and absolutely love it!

Absolutely love my yoga cats Slouchy! As a plus size girl I was worried that although they are oversized, would it still feel that way on me. Well, it does! So roomy and comfy - I don’t want to take it off! Has really helped keep me warm, too.
Customer service was fantastic. I was expecting standard delivery of about 3-5 days, however, it arrived the very next day! Impressive. I will at some point be ordering another one, as I guess I’ll have to wash this one at some point…

We have previously had 2 slouchy hoodies for the kids who love them and wear them as often as possible. So I ordered one for my wife as a birthday present. I ordered a little late so contacted Lisa who went out of her way (literarily) to make sure it arrived the day before. Customer service is absolutely first rate. The product is the best you will see on the market. Highly recommend. I just need to buy one for myself now.

We have two slouchys in our house now and will be getting more! Perfect, the best hanging around at home, popping to the shops and lazy weekend clothes out there. Better still, smart enough for endless teams meetings in the week too. Beautifully made and finished. Your favourite outfit, with everyone saying wow that looks so warm, where can I get one?! Love it!

Quality is great. Customer service absolutely appalling - ridiculed and mocked by a chat agent giving sarcastic responses, avoiding my questions and conflicting information. As a repeat customer, I have decided not to bother purchasing anymore and will avoid in the future which is a shame as items are great.

Ordered myself a leopard Slouchy and I love it it so much, amazing print and the quality of this hooded blanket is above and beyond compared to similar ones on the market. It is the perfect thing to wear of an evening. Delivery was very efficient as well. Can't wait to take it camping in a few weeks.. I think everyone will be wanting one. Thank you Slouchy

Absolutely blown away by the quality. I purchased a slouchy hooded blanket as a present originally but couldn’t believe how beautifully made it was for the price. It’s so soft and cosy I had to buy one for myself. It’s my favourite thing to wear after work when I’m relaxing for the evening. I’ve now bought 3 more as presents. Best purchase I’ve made this year!
