I’ve been trying to purchase a package on SLYNUMBER for over a week now, and it’s been a complete waste of time.

The payment simply does not work — I’ve tried multiple times from both the app and the website. I contacted support several times, clearly explaining the issue, but instead of actually investigating, they just keep replying that “everything is fine” on their end.

Their only suggestion? “Use another payment method.”
The problem is — there is no alternative method available. So their “solution” is not a solution at all.

This is honestly one of the worst support experiences I’ve ever had. No real help, no accountability, no effort to fix the issue.

If you value your time and want a service that actually works with proper support, I strongly recommend avoiding them.

My daughter lives in the US so I use this app whenever I go visit her. It was very easy to set up. The data option was a great addition too

I used the number for on several occasions and it worked perfectly throughout the course of two years! Great product!

I'm thoroughly impressed with this service provider. The notifications are always on time, and I've never experienced any issues. I'd give it a 5-star rating, but I wish they would expand their services to include more countries for calling.

my credit card company immediately flagged this as a possible fraud entity! stay away! i was lucky that my credit card company did not allow the charge to go through. my credit card is NOT a debit card. trust pilot shows that almost 50% of reviews for this scumbag company are negative STAY AWAY!!

Signed up specifically for receiving texts. Nothing worked. Contacted support, got an automated message, and then not a single contact. I canceled the plan and will be doing a charge back with my CC to get my refund. Service never worked, customer support is non existent. RUN.

While I was driving, I accidentally hit a car that was parked and broke its mirror. I wanted to take responsibility for my action, but I was afraid to leave a note with my personal phone number. I had no way of knowing who was going to read the note, I did not know if the person could use my phone number to get my information and maybe even go to my house or hurt me in any way. I had no way of knowing if the owner of that car was a person with any violent tendencies.
So, I left a note providing my SLYNUMBER and I could safely and confidently communicate with the stranger, I was able to assume my responsibility without incurring in any safetyrisk.
I am extremely grateful for the option of communicating with someone I don’t really know without having fear that they might access personal information that I want to keep confidential.

It's the only app that provides a mobile number and satisfies all my requirements. I tested multiple other apps before; none was able to fulfill them, but with SLYNUMBER I think I found it. Heard about slynumber from a friend when we were playing cards. I kept getting interrupted by calls coming thru for a fb marketplace ad I posted the week before. I was mad. She told me I should get this app and get a second number for all my online communication…then I can shut it off and still have my personal number active.
Works like a charm. What a good idea. Also, if I have a problem, I hear from them quickly and it’s resolved. My highest recommendation.

I use this app every day. Having a second phone number that works seamlessly is beneficial in countless ways for me. For example, when I need to provide a phone number to an online store to receive a discount or to a restaurant, I give them my SLYNUMBER so my primary phone number's texts don't get filled with texts and promotions I don't want. Also, the new eSIM feature has made international travel so smooth. As soon as I land, my SLYNUMBER updates my location and provides wireless connectivity, no matter the country. It has made my life 100000 times better and I couldn't recommend this app more!

I travel a lot between France and Spain and it’s given me a lot of flexibility. It is very fast and I totally recommend it

The App is terrible the line sometime rings, you will check the app you have missed call and chats, the customer service speaks in mystic parables. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

They take weeks to reply- they deduct credits when receiving calls despite stating that credits are only deducted when making calls, they also deduct credits (or minutes)when you use their AI- which I've only ever used for customer service but it's useless since you have to contact them to solve anything and when you do- everything is left unsolved. Also, they don't refresh your monthly credits. Terrible customer service!

I bought the monthly subscription which states you can make and receive international calls from and to the UK.
Turns out the caller or called person in the US cannot hear me.
I tried to re-install the eSIM but the activation code had expired.
That might be a resolvable problem if they had a help desk where you can have a remote chat or talk to someone. They dont. Ive contacted their email support but no useful response yet, so my service is down. I guess i will have to cancel, walk away from the money ive sent them and try to find a better alternative. Shouldnt be difficult!

I can’t find one single review that is verified. It makes your company look bad. Do you have reviews somewhere else like google reviews?
I also a MAJOR RED FlLAG ON TOUR WENSITE YOU DISPLAY A FAKE NUMBER OF REVIEWS AND INCORRECT RATING FROM TEUSTPILOT. You make it inaccessible to reach trust pilots website to see making ya have to do to Trust Pilot in another window to see this low rating AND ZERO VERIFIED TEVIEWS. SHAME ON YOU !!

App does not work, emailed in October asking to cancel the subscription, no response to multiple emails - had to escalate a dispute with AMEX just to get funds back.
