My order was delivered promptly - I ordered delicate items and they were packaged really well.
I also have to give special mention for the outstanding customer service - I received a call that one of the bottles was damaged when they were packing my order. They offered a replacement or refund and did their best to get the replacement to me asap as I mentioned it was for my partners birthday - they even sent a hand written note thanking me for my order and wishing my partner a happy birthday. Would definitely recommend Small Batch Providore to others!

A great selection of products available - everything I purchased was of excellent quality and delish. Incredibly fast shipping, was sent out within hours of placing my order and received it the next day. Everything in my parcel was very nicely wrapped and the personalised note was lovely touch :) Highly recommended!
