Extra Step by the shop
Called me before sending product to ensure that it would be compatible with my smart home - a nice touch which saves me (and probably themselves) some hassle down the road if I'd ordered for a non suitable system.

Excellent service . Immediately after order phoned to make sure the order was correct and made suggestions on further automated options. Ordered late Friday and received Saturday morning. Now that’s service for you!

Shade driver E1 battery not charging
Contacted Smart & Secure via email regarding shade driver battery not charging. Within an hour customer services replied. Requested me to return product via Freepost address, for them to check to see if they found the same fault. They checked and found that indeed the battery wouldn't charge. Sent me a replacement unit at no cost to me, express delivery. New product working fine...
