Ordered my air fryer on Tuesday…
Ordered my air fryer on Tuesday afternoon for next day free delivery, didn’t arrive until Friday lunchtime. If this is how long delivery takes, then it should state free delivery 3-5 working days. It’s not fair or true that it’s free next day delivery. Also, I was charged for packaging, what is that all about, it’s either free or not.

Hello Louise, thank you for leaving a review. Your item was actually dispatched from our warehouse on time on a next day service with DHL. We actually pay a premium to have this delivered the next day. Unfortunately due most (if not all) couriers are performing really badly, we have not control over this apart from passing on the feedback we receive. During the Royal Mail strikes and holiday rush all couriers had taken on the extra work load which comprised the delivery service. Again we have no control over this. You will clearly see from the tracking information we provide to all our customers that the item was dispatched on time. Therefore the feedback does not acutely reflect our service.

They've got a tiny integrated microwave!
Had what i needed, small integrated microwave to replace one that was 19 years old (small integrated microwaves are rare as hens teeth). Website's easy to navigate. Price was competitive. Free next day delivery was a nice touch.
DHL as a courier choice not so great. My next day delivery was actually 2 days, because DHL are rubbish.

This company charges you 15% for anything you return. Don’t buy anything if there is even a remote possibility you will need to return it.
I purchased an Air Fryer which was too big for the recipients kitchen.
Yes I should have noted the dimension before ordering.
The £22 postage and £31 “loss of value” for an item I had in my home for 24. £53 for nothing !
You can be sure I will not use the company again.

Hello Kim, thank you for your review. We do not agree with the review you have left and we do not charge 15% for anything you return. The item you purchased as you suggested was too big, you wished for the item to be returned which was accepted straight away. The return postage cost is the responability of the customer which has nothing to do with ourselves as it was your decision to return the item back. A full refund was provided once the item was received back.
