Smart Auto Fix ltd Avis

This was my third paint repair (different cars) over the past few through Smart Auto Fix. The quality of the paint repair is absolutely amazing.
The quotation process is very simple, and accurate. All that was required was a few photos of various angles showing the damage and context. This repair was across the bumper and the body metal paintwork on a white (two-stage paint) Mercedes Cabriolet.

The quote for the work was very reasonable when you consider some of the “insurance paint body” quotes (more than £ double!) and the work was carried out at the property to an exceptionally high standard.
Would absolutely recommend Smart Auto Fix. Professional, friendly and excellent value.

Andy came out and repair a small dint on the wheel arch and a scuff on the front bumper. Fantastic job my car looks like new again. Thank you

Used Andy twice now, both times unique metallic paint and the results were both a seamless repair that you couldn’t even tell it had been repaired, super friendly and a fraction of the cost of most places!

A beautifully carried out repair by Andy despite the rainy weather, also much cheaper than a workshop repair, and he comes to your place of work or home, so no travelling to distant workshops. Will certainly use again should i need to do so.

Arrived a little late due to traffic but let me know well in advance. Pleasant guy who explained what he was going to do. Carried out the repair quickly and efficiently and the results were very high quality. Advised me not use a car wash for at least three days to let paint harden fully. No fuss repair that was easy to arrange and I am delivering delighted with the outcome. Highly recommended.

After a small collision that resulted in damage to my car bumper, a friend recommended Andy at Auto Fix. And am I glad they did. What a service. His communication was excellent. He talked me through the process and booked me in on a date convenient for me. He arrived to my home bang on time and again explained the process. He was thorough, professional and did a fantastic job. My bumper is like new again. Thanks Andy. Great service.

I backed my partner's new car into a metal post on a pub car park a few weeks ago (in the bad books) leaving a small dent and 3 deep scratches. I didn't think I would be able to get it fixed before Christmas, but Andy from Smart Auto Fix saved the day (and put me back in the good books). My partner said that after Andy had completed the smart repair, you couldn't even tell that the damage had ever happened. Thank you again Andy, I would definitely use you again.

Absolutely amazing service, highly recommended. My car is now like new, and my number plate was put back on after having been pulled off by a dog !! Thankyou for the great service !!

Superb customer experience, had 2 marks on the front of my car. Contacted Andy at Smart Auto Fix.
Professional, polite, extremely knowledgeable, and job was superb. I would recommend to not only to friends and family but to anyone. Cannot praise enough. Thank you…

Andy quickly provided me with a quote, after I submitted a photo online. He came round next day (as I was quite local) and was very professional and courteous during his assessment of the minor damage to my front bumper. I had no hesitation in telling him to go ahead with the repair, and he booked me in for the following week at a time that suited me. I am absolutely delighted with the results, and have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone who wants a great repair job.
Fantastic repair!! Fantastic guy!! Fantastic price !!

Timely, efficient and a great job plus the finish was better than I expected was possible. Can’t go wrong.

Second time using Andy. Absolutely outstanding work once more. I am so pleased with the repair and would not hesitate to recommend him for any paint repairs. Thank you Andy.

Very prompt service, excellent job done, would definitely recommend Andy in future.

Very impressed with Andy, very knowledgeable, Turned up when he said he would and on time, his work is outstanding, I could not tell where the damage had been, a perfect colour match, and competitively priced.
Would recommend.
Many Thanks.

Excellent service, prompt and professional

A first class experience. Andy arrived as he said he would, undertook the job, caused by an inadvertent brush with a concrete post, and was really friendly all through. The job itself was excellent and there was no indication that anything had previously been there which were some quite deep scratches caused by the post.
Having had this done at home by Andy, at a fraction of the cost that taking to a garage for the repair, is something I have no hesitation in recommending to others.
Great job, thanks!

Amazing service and communication all the way up too when Andy arrived. Then the work carried out was extremely professionally and the end result was perfect.

Would highly recommend and will certainly use Andy again if needed.

I was recommended Andy from a friend. I had my brand new car knocked in a car park within the first week of having it. He sent over a competitive quote and got me booked in within a week. Really convenient that he can do it all on the drive and not having to go to a garage and wait. Great job now my car looks like new again!

Very professional job delivered by Andy a true gentleman!

From quote, to on site service, to repair - all superbly executed.
