I was initially skeptical about the pickup and delivery time of my car to its destination. I would have rated Smart Carship LLC five stars, but the driver arrived one hour after the shop had closed. This forced me to pay the shop foreman for staying late to receive my vehicle.

Therefore, my overall rating of Smart Carship LLC is 4 5.

I received an email from Henry as well as many other companies requesting to transport the vehicle I purchased in Madison, Ms. to Mableton, Ga. I responded to the email from your company and felt that the quote given to me was adequate for the mileage the vehicle had to be transported. Henry and agreed to a quote of $390.00 and I sent him $100 dollars that day and was told my balance was $290 which I had to pay to the driver. However, the price changed just before the vehicle was going to be shipped .

Henry told me the delivery company wanted more money, but I told him I wasn’t going to pay any other than the balance we committed to which was $290 dollars. However, I agreed to pay $400 dollars upon delivery and he said his company would handle the balance left.

Overall, it was a pleasure to work with this company and with Henry. However, I feel the quote and price agreed upon should be honored.

Got a quote for $900 to ship my suv from ID to SC. I paid a $200 deposit. The car was supposed to be picked up 5/19. No one showed up to pick up the vehicle. On 5/20, they said they could get the car shipped, but it would cost me an additional $ 1,600, which I refused. I canceled on 5/20, but they will not refund the $200 even though none of this was my fault. Total Scam

I had a great experience working with Smart Carship. From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. A special thanks to Roma, who was extremely helpful throughout the entire process.

They quoted me a price to get a vehicle shipped from IL to FL. The price was $695. We put a deposit down and they said it would be picked up in a few days. They called 2 days later and said the truck was 2 hours out and said it was going to cost $1495 now. Total scam. Do not deal with them (Matthew Brown). We did not do the shipping with them and never will.

Ken Anderson did a great job providing quotation for my motorcycle shipment. Smart Carship’s quote was several hundred dollars less than other quotes I received. Though I’m not planning to ship for a few more months, I plan to use this company when the time comes to finalize my plan.

Smartcarship is a good service they got my vehicle to another state before the time it was estimated. Although, i feel like i was bait and switched a bit due to being told one price, and a day after paying the $100 deposit i got a call saying that the price was now going to be double what it was supposed to be and that my $100 deposit was unlikely to be refunded... that it would be as a credit towards my next car shipping. I think that really sucked because at that point im stuck having to pay the double price because of the deposit i gave. Jeff Martin was good at keeping me updated though, i just dont like being bait and switched too much.
