Good Service but queried why my appointment was late.
The service was good but the Dental Technician was 10 minutes late and appeared when I queried at the reception.

A warm welcoming reception team
The reception team were welcoming me when I arrived. They offered the same service to everyone arriving while I was waiting. The waiting room had sufficient seating for everyone waiting.
This continued when I was called in by the dental nurse. My dentist, Arya, met me with a smile. We had a short chat, which put me at ease before the examination commenced. My dentist explain what she was doing and asked for my opinion. All in all a very positive experience.

Emergency appointment and an extraction all in for £100 lack of toothache now is a god send ... would have been a 5 star review but 4 days wait for an emergency appointment was a tad rough

No contact
There was nothing wrong with my initial assessment, however I needed further treatment and have called 4 times and left a message to call me back,nothing,so I emailed and received an email back with a link to the portal,however the link didn't work,so I emailed back 1 week ago and heard nothing since.

Friendly and efficient
I've always been terrified of going to the dentist but was immediately put at ease as I entered reception. The receptionist was friendly and spoke very clearly. It's very rare these days for an appointment to happen on time but it was bang on time here. The two ladies who carried out my assessment were very kind and immediately spotted that I was very nervous and did their best to put me at ease.

Well i booked a dental clean for my…
Well i booked a dental clean for my theeth and paid to satdown been told what i already knew and been advised to book another appointment for same this has been booked and have to pay an extra almost £50 not happy feel deceived
As requested tried 2 times to get in contact with you guys so have called to cancel my next appointment on 21 at 2h30 and will look for alternative dentist as it seems you guys are not willing to help solve issue
