Superb care
Really appreciate the care that goes in to my appointments. Have had significant issues with my teeth due to a long term health condition and the service has been fantastic from my dentist Gita. Each exam she thoroughly checks my teeth but also my jaw tension and has given fantastic advice that has really worked. My daughter also has a tooth condition and the service provided to her has been outstanding. She loves going to the dentist and they have an incredible child led approach, explaining everything directly to her as well as me. All the staff from the receptionists to the dental nurses are friendly, helpful and considerate.

Completely shocked and baffled – left with an infection for 18 days!
UPDATED: Angela the practice manager contacted me to arrange a consultation so I can get it checked out tomrrow still not sure what happened but assuming its a mix up with protocol. I appreciate the support from Angela though...
I am absolutely fuming with the shocking service and complete lack of care from Newbank Dental Centre. I called today with an active, rapidly worsening oral infection and a severe, unmanageable foul odour coming directly from between my two front teeth. The infection has gotten so bad that my front teeth are feeling loose and I am terrified I could lose them.Instead of helping me, they booked me for a phone call 18 days away. The dentist completely refused to see me in person, guessing over the phone that I have a cold sore based entirely on an assumption. What makes no sense is that a cold sore would be completely gone in 18 days anyway, yet they still refuse to bring me into the surgery to physically check or save my loose teeth.They completely failed in their duty of care by refusing to offer a remote phone triage or an emergency prescription to help clear the infection, the smell, and save my teeth in the meantime. Leaving a patient completely abandoned with zero medical help for nearly three weeks is dangerous and negligent. I have officially taken this higher to the NHS Integrated Care Board. Avoid this place if you need actual urgent care.

Everything went as planned no problems. I have one question, I was told that I needed a filling and told the receptionist, who informed me that I would receive a text for my appointment. Well I think it has been forgotten or mislaid because as yet I have had no notification.

Efficient and polite reception staff, seen promptly, Nadia is lovely, gave great advice and did a superb job rebuilding a filling in a sparse tooth following loss of the previous very old one. Happy with Tovey Little and would definitely recommend Nadia.

The dental center “Tovey little dental” is clean and tidy, the staff working on the desks and dental nurses are helpful and kind. Great place with amazing professionals working there. I recommend a 100%. Dr. Bialowas has been my family dentist for 13 years, and we couldn’t be happier with the care we’ve received. He is an outstanding professional with exceptional skills and a wonderful approach to his patients. His work is always of the highest quality, and he consistently takes the time to ensure every treatment is done with care and precision. Beyond being an excellent dentist, he is also a genuinely kind and caring person. I highly recommend Dr. Bialowas to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and compassionate dentist.

Having been a patient for many many years, I have had different dentists. They have all been very good. My present dentist is Muhammad, who is very kind and gentle. He comes down from his upstairs surgery as I am unable to climb stairs and I really appreciate that.

Very unprofessional
Have been left with a temporary filling in my mouth that needs full filling was told to come back in 2 weeks in March it is now the start of July and they keep giving appointments and cancelling a day or 2 before appointment date this has been going on months . Was also charged 100 euro for a consultation after stating on website and been told before it that the appointment was a free consultation. Very unprofessional in my opinion
