Amazing
Of everything I’ve paid for in relation to the new house, this survey was by far the best. Scott was so thorough and helpful in explaining how I address the issues he found with the developer. I can’t praise him enough. Amazing customer service with Kelly too. Just an all round 5⭐️ experience!

The report delivered fast after the inspection and the prompt response to our follow up questions.
It would be great if the inspection date could be made a bit earlier as we’ve booked it at least 3weeks ahead. I found out someone booked in last minute but offered an earlier inspection date than us. It’s a bit disappointed though. Overall it’s still good.

Post Completion Snagging Inspection
Great service provided and detailed report sent across within 24 hours. Inspection was very thorough with lots of photographs provided. Total time of inspection was 6 hours. Very pleased with the service and output.

Excellent inspection and outcome
We had Scott visit our property at Robinsons Place, Mirfield for an internal and external inspection, minus the thermal inspection. He arrived promptly and was extremely thorough with the inspection taking 4-5 hours to complete. He picked up on many defects that we wouldn't have noticed ourselves. The report has been submitted to the developer, who have agreed to repair/replace everything highlighted, which has no doubt saved us money from having to fix problems in the longer term. If anyone is in any doubt whether an inspection by KB inspections is worth the cost, then believe me, it is!!. I would definitely recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future, albeit I think I'm all moved out for now!! 😂 A big thank you to Scott and KB inspections.
