The software is easy to use and the process of design is simplistic. The extensive sharing capabilities are excellent and allow the user to conduct market research in a variety of ways. In particular, the QR code function has allowed a physical survey to be distributed and accessed easier. The analytical section of the survey is very helpful, however, it could be improved by encompassing cross comparison of data.

I am really happy and glad to choose smart surveys for my dissertation questionnaire. It is user friendly with excellent features which saved me great time as it provides analysis, charts and tables for easy of use. I really recommand this for other to use and have already recommanded to my other friends at the university.

As a student the price was brilliant. £12 a month for data collective and it provides the data in so many formats.

It was quick and easy to set up with just one email of a photo of my student ID.

The hardest part was choosing what type of questions to use because of the variety of choices available to use.

We chose SmartSurvey because we wanted something that stores data in the UK and holds high level of security credentials. Smartsurvey has ISO27001 and Cyber Security Essentials plus.

The platform is also packed with features and easy to use, we are pleased with it and have already recommended it to other government departments.

I have used SmartSurvey for a number of my PhD studies as it is easy to use and simple to create online surveys. I particularly like the fact that it has a variety of functionality options that enable different questions to be addressed in different ways, ensuring that all of the questions can be asked within one survey. I often embed YouTube links within my surveys which works well - I was a bit hesitant initially but I encountered no problems and have continued to use YouTube clips with great success. Overall a great survey product!

Smart survey provides all necessary functions for my survey administration needs, including a wide range of questions options, the possibility to randomise survey versions, mobile phone and SPSS compatibility. Highly recommended!

Smartsurvey does what is needed of it and it is easy to use, but it does not have the features that I really require (counterbalancing, branching, timing).

Smart survey is user-friendly for both the researcher and participants of the study. Data can be exported easily to a number of formats. Setting up a survey is straight forward. Questions can also be saved on the system so they can be used in multiple surveys.

Smart Survey has been an excellent product for my research. Moreover, I have contacted their support staff on a few occasions, and they have also been very helpful and resolved all my problems.

Really like using Smart Survey for both research and for teaching evaluations. I also use it a lot with my final year project students - like me, they find it intuitive (even Skip Logic!) and user friendly.

This survey tool is easy to use and suitable for student and more experienced researchers alike.

Needed something relatively simple to replace the circulating of Word documents and found the UK based Smart Survey the ideal vehicle. As expected the key to success is spending time and effort setting up the survey and once that was achieved fairly simple to run. The type of survey requires comments and marks and any problems encountered either in the set up or downloading results dealt with efficiently by the friendly support team.

Our company moved from another well-known survey agency and so far have had a really good experience with SmartSurvey. Great customer service, superior functionality, an intuitive and user-friendly interface and UK based support make Smart Survey a great choice for budding and established businesses.

We use Smart Survey mainly for gaining feedback to our annual events. The system is flexible and caters for most if not all questionnaire requirements. In truth it's probably a lot more powerful than I'm aware of. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending it as an option if you're looking to gather feedback online.
