Smile Correct Club Avis 

From my initial consultation with Jae over Teams to my dealings with Alishia in the aftercare team, I can honestly recommend Smile Correct Club for how easy the process has been. The communication by both Jae and Alishia has been commendable and very quick. When sending my impressions through the WhatsApp, I was reassured and given advise on my next steps and lots of guidance on what the impressions should look like. So excited to get started on my journey towards my new smile!

So far, the process has been so easy. Great customer service skills, detailed instructions given, good explanation of the process, cost effective and great support provided at all times. Can’t wait to receive my aligners and begin treatment.

I have recently made a plan with smile correct club I’m now waiting on my retainers to begin the plan. Everyone I have been in contact has been extremely helpful and precise with everything. Alishia Pickard has been very helpful and speedy with response through email thank you!

I had a really positive start with SCC. The process was explained as very seamless and inviting, I would definitely advise thinking before going straight into it. I was rather eager.

Couldn't get my impressions right after two attempts, they were kind enough to send another set. I know I'm not the only one who has not gotten it right!

Getting replies initially was a quick process but slowed. Now I've been waiting months after submitting a form I wanted to cancel the process and I'm still being charged. I didn't think getting a refund would be such a long and draining process!

I was under the impression I'd only be charged once my impressions were right and receiving alligners but that's not the case. I have not received any message or refund from the manager. I hate being a karen and having to keep chasing them up - very frustrating. It didn't have to be this way.

It's been more than 2 months...just let me leave and give me money LOL

I haven’t received my impressions kit yet but I’m extremely excited. I was very skeptical of at home aligning, but Jon completely eased my worries. He was very helpful with pricing and the process, and even put up with my dog barking the entire time. Cannot recommend their customer service enough. Thanks Jon!!

Had a consultation with Taylor who was so friendly and enthusiastic about the treatment and managed to start my smile correct journey on the same day with an amazing price and a great monthly payment plan that works best for me. I am very happy and can’t wait to see the results 😊

I couldn’t be more than happy/excited being able to start my smile journey super quick, Taylor has been so great in answering all my questions, reassuring me and going through every detail. Especially when I was super worried about starting up again, because I did an invisiglign treatment with another orthodontist who left me in the dark before finishing my treatment and didn’t get to finish it.

Nevertheless I have high hopes for getting the smile I’ve always wanted and my confidence back, my teeth have definitely been on a journey and I’m just super excited to see the end results! :)

I tried the treatment but could not get the impressions right so I wanted to cancel treatment. I got a call and they encouraged me to give it one last try. They sent me a free impression kit and promised to stop my subscription until I get the impression right. I still got a massage that they are trying to take 148 pounds from my account despite promising to pause my subscription. I cancelled the treatment and later got a form to fill explaining why I am cancelling the treatment.it a month and I have not received any message or refund . It is a frustrating.

Very pushy with sales technique and not sure how safe they are due to not even having to visit a dentist. I made an appointment for a free consultation to see what my options were after already consulting the dentist. I was greeted by a very enthusiastic women asking me a lot of questions about why I wanted aligners. She then proceeded to take photos and then popped off to see the orthodontist. She the came back very happy, more happier than I was, about me being approved for a plan. She then went through the plan and discussed my options. I was fine with this and then said I do not want to proceed with anything today. After saying this she then progressively asked me why, and I said at the start I want to start my smile journey. This then infuriated me further, it was like she was trying to trap me into paying something because I said I wanted to start my smile journey. She then asked me some very personal questions about when I get paid and if my fiancé will be paying for the treatment, again I thought this was very invasive and none of her business. She kept pushing me to put a deposit down which I did not want to and going through the Klarna payments. I told her again I am here to explore my options not just give you money. I felt very pushed and I am glad I have not gone with them after reading other reviews about them going radio silent after a sale. There is a reason why dentist are more expensive. Please be carful everyone.

I paid my deposit to receive the box to take impressions. Unfortunately it was difficult for me to put them in my mouth and keep them in so I struggled. I have decided to go to a local dentist instead where the process is a lot easier. I cancelled within the notice period and it’s been 5 weeks with no refund. I have called and messaged multiple times but I have not yet received any of my refund. They said it would take up to 10 working days but it’s been a lot more than that. Not sure if there is a long list of people that have cancelled or they are just delaying the refund?

The reviews are all fake please don’t fall for it, had a nightmare getting my refund it’s 100% a scam. Look at all the reviews, similar language and no difference between them. They can’t pull the wool over everyone’s eyes…
