AVOID AVOID AVOID Just dont GO ! 'Dr' laura probably THE worst person/dentist on the planet , leaving aside how she treats staff its how she talks to customers. Read the reviews below - ignore the 5* as they are staff and a quick check on linkedin will confirm that also look up Glassdoor wed site and see how she treats staff. Shes mor eintersted in talking about her fake awards that her parent company won that treat people. Mine was a root canal - she had me back 5 times 'whcih she said was nromal' (ive yet to get another dentist to say this is normal 5 visits for a root canal) didnt use enough drug to knock me out as id requested and PAID for so i came around and could feel the work going on. and root canal failed 6months after. Oh and as for the reply below (if they reply) itll be one fo 3 things 1. we never heard of ya (ive a pic of me in the seat) 2. we dont dicuss over the interent 3. come back and we'll fix the issue (not a hope)

Seems to be getting expensive - €200 for a filling

Shocking experience. The dentist was over 30 minutes late and the appointment lasted under 10 minutes, yet cost €130.

I was told I had a cavity and the immediate recommendation was to remove the tooth, with no effort made to discuss or explore other treatment options. It felt rushed and careless.

When I rang the clinic afterwards asking about alternatives or seeing another dentist for a second opinion, the staff were completely unhelpful.

Horrible experience overall — poor communication, poor service, and extremely overpriced for the level of care received. I would strongly advise others to stay away.

My daughter got filling today, and Dr Hannah was amazing, kind , made my daughter very comfortable. Highly recommend .

Dr. Bishoy was wonderful with the kids and I was very pleased with his honest advice and recommendations. Would definitely recommend him.

Stay Away from Laura Fee-Went to smile hub Bayside for emergency consultation for my daughter paid €100 ,established the tooth needed a surgical extraction ,dentist at the time gave a full explanation as to why and explained his college would be able to do it .
Appointment organised for 2weeks later earliest appointment possible,my daughter was in severe pain with broken tooth.
Arrived at appointment on time and checked in at reception sat down and was called back to reception and told I had to pay a consultation fee €100 before the dentist sees her.I explained she had already had a consultation there and we were here for an extraction.
He said you have to pay it again,I reluctantly paid it as it was necessary to get my daughter’s extraction done.
After 45 mins wait she was called I went to go in with her and was told I couldn’t to wait in waiting room which I did.
2 minutes later my daughter came out and said she won’t do the extraction and said she needs sedation.
I went in to query why this was a problem.
When I say Laura Fee attitude towards me was so rude and arrogant.She said have you seen her X-ray I said yes the other dentist has explained her tooth will need to be surgically removed and may have to be broken tooth get it out already.She refused to do it and I asked why we had been charged a consultation fee she said she is entitled to have a consultation and she said her staff that were there had to be paid ,the sedation nurse was there I asked can she sedate her and do it then as that what we were there for .she said no we can’t do it on the same day as it’s against the law.
Stay well away from this practice they are money hungry and absolutely Laura Fee is the most arrogant/rude person I have ever had to deal with
