I started my journey on 4th March 2025 , I was so scared / nervous to go ahead with it , I did my research for over 2 years and Smilepod was definitely the best choice, I spoke to Eltham and she was brilliant, she told me not to rush and to contact them back when I was ready, I was not onced bombarded with calls which was a really good sign , I eventually plucked up the courage to do it and booked my flights, I really dont know why I didn't do it sooner, Dr. Riza is a fantastic dentist and is such a perfectionist, my new teeth feel and look like my own teeth , I really couldn't be happier, I just want to thank Dr. Riza and his team😁

But what stood out about was Dr Riza And Dr ozge They came across as Genuine I didnt get any pressure off them to go through with my treatment after the consultation.
So Happy I chose well 5* clinic and 5* Team
My Tratment plan was All on 6 Top and Bottom with 2 Bone Grafts and 2 sinus lifts I've been back 2 weeks so at the beginning of my journey really.
But I can honestly say anyone thinking of going to Antalya for Dental treatment won't go wrong using Smilepod...

I started my journey in March 25 and finished September 25 l had all on 5 dental implants . I can't thank them enough l never thought l would smile again but now its just a natural thing to do again My new teeth /Smile are perfect. My experience was different to what l expected lve always been terrified of Dentists ,but there was something different at Smilepod l felt so relaxed the team are fantastic and all supporting of you helping every step of the way.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new teeth and that’s because of the guidance of Mehmet and of course Dr Riza(nicest guy on earth) and his wonderful team. I had all on 5 in both jaws and believe me, it was one of the hardest decisions of my life, to let go of my babies(teeth lol) but sadly they were not serving me well as I had gum issues. I actually obtained around four quotes , but my gut instinct always brought me back to Smilpod. Shout out to Steveturkeyteeth on TicToc who I followed and who helped me in my decisions making . Anyway, I went for it and I can’t stop smiling. Even the customs guy at Antalya airport advised me to keep smiling, so he must have been impressed!😁. Smilepod have a brand new clinic and just wow, It was that pristine that I insisted on taking my shoes off. Big respect and heaps of love to the whole team . 100 out of 10 every step of the way. Well what can I say Smilepod isn’t just a name is it’s a brand not just a brand but a cool brand as people in the know cool brands come & go but with the wonderful transformation from what I had to the remarkable smile now is truly amazing Smilepod is going from strength to strength from a very warm welcome to outstanding dental work DR Riza & his whole team are truly brilliant & stand out from the rest my first was appointment April 2025 for 5 days & my second trip was September 2025 for 9 days I’ve had all of my remaining teeth removed which there were 16 removed pain free I had all on 6 twin sinus lifts with 1 bone graft with top & bottom titanium bars fitted with slight bite adjustment a & slight surgery on my right lower gum & I chose BL2 as my tooth shade perfect functionality when eating i would say to anyone wanting dental work in Turkey there’s no doubt in my mind this where you need to be the whole experience is fantastic thank you Smilepod for looking after me David from the UK

Their care for your welfare is exemplary, communication both before the first visit and the 6 months between was very responsive. My second visit has been no different, their attention to detail is fantastic, they took my vision and created my perfect smile. They took each stage at my pace there was no rushing to get finished their priority was my comfort and welfare. I’m so happy and grateful to the team who have given me the perfect smile at 57. Smilepod made my experience a walk in the park, i was petrified of dentist, but after visiting smilepod no more, I had 17 teeth out 5/5 with implants a set of false teeth, and I never felt a thing, just brilliant 💯 recommend them, a lovely family run business

From the moment at being picked up at the airport off Smilepod to being dropped off after my treatment had finished the experience was first class. They even said I don't need 12 upper and 12 lower zirconium crowns. I was asked to smile and was told 10 upper and 10 lower as you can't see the back teeth. I feel at other dental clinics they would have just gone through with it for the extra money. But not with Smilepod. From the WhatsApp messages detailing the time of appointments, receptionist, the drivers, the dentist and everyone else working there they are so friendly and welcoming. Very calm and collective which made me very reassured. My teeth are absolutely fantastic and I've had no issues. I can't stop smiling. Honestly I'd 110% recommend them to absolutely anyone and everyone. It's a first class operation they have got going on.

I was initially impressed with Smilepod’s prompt responses and detailed treatment explanations. I provided my full medical history, scans, and was even booked in for a consultation in Manchester. Their team came across as organised and professional in the early stages.

However, after I cancelled the Manchester visit — politely and with good reason, communication noticeably shifted. I later requested a consultation during my trip to Antalya and again in London, giving plenty of notice and flexibility on dates. Each time, I was told there were no appointments available. I was also told I’d be informed in case of cancellations, but that never happened.

It started to feel as though they were choosing not to offer me an appointment, without saying it directly. I made a genuine effort to engage with the clinic, but despite being a serious and informed patient, I was left feeling pushed aside.

Ultimately, I have decided to go elsewhere. I understand clinics are busy, but transparency and fairness in how patients are treated go a long way. Smilepod’s loss, not mine.

I had originally booked in with another Clinic, but reading the Trustpilot reviews put me off them. Having done a little research I chose Smilepod and it was the best decision I could have made! The Staff, Clinic and service is second to none. I was really nervous and apprehensive, even when I first attended the clinic. I originally thought I needed an implant, but after a detailed consultation with Smilepod, the educated dentist opinion was that the bridge would look a lot better.
