We’ve benefitted from the highly professional services of the team at Smith and Arbor twice now and will be booking them again soon for more work. They are a lovely team, Mike and Hamish on the trees, etc, do a great job with good humour and a can-do attitude, and Ceri on the phone booking appointments is a complete pleasure to deal with. Wouldn’t use anyone else to keep the big trees/hedges in our garden under control, thanks guys!

When our overgrown beech hedge needed a proper trim I had no hesitation in contacting Smith and Arbor, having used them before. Equally I had no hesitation in recommending them to my neighbour so the hedge was cut from both sides. I have had the great pleasure of meeting Lucy and Mike. Their work is outstanding!! Very professional I would highly recommend them to anyone. They cleared and swept up after each day. They took 4 days to take all of my 8 huge fir trees down, but each day they left it clean and tidy nothing was to much trouble for them. They were extremely accommodating. The trees needed major attention.

We decided to use this company because we knew from the very first interaction with them that they genuine, we’re passionate about doing a really good job for me.

Lucy and the team are hard working , punctual and friendly. Quoted a fair price for a couple of way too tall conifers to be halved in height . They even liased with my neighbour as needed to work from his garden . They completed the job within the two days as estimated and left both sites clean and tidy. Good communication and would definitely use again and not hesitate to recommend.

We chose to have Smith and Arbor carry out the removal of an ash tree in our garden because the initial meeting we had was so thorough in discussing the work to be done and the paper work we received before signing the contract was professional and comprehensive. Come the time for the work to be carried out we were not disappointed. The team were polite, knowledgeable, considerate of the environment they were working in and industrious. Removing the tree meant carrying all the debris through the house which they did with care and the clean-up operation following removal was exemplary. Mike came and trimmed all our hedges and shaped our twisted hazel and arched hedge which had lost its shape over the years. He was very tidy and careful not to damage my flower beds and left the garden looking soil and span. He was full of great advise without being pushy . Would highly recommend him for any jobs .

Friendly professional tree management service. We recently moved into a property with a sizeable garden and a collection of semi neglected mature trees. From initial call for a quote to completion, Smith and Arbor made it a completely hassle free process. We now have our mature trees neatly back under control (and a big collection of logs)
