I made use of their website paid for the item and did not receive it, the methods of contact is all linked to AI and therefore there is no assistance with above.

I can only assume through my interaction that Smith Books is a scam with the purpose of stealing from people.

I used it to create a book and paid for its cover and saved it after I paid for it.When I tried to retrieve the book at the app where I saved it ,I cannot find it!Now all my effort is lost!BTW the date is not remembered so that date is approximation

my experience is great with Smitbook. I can generate my thoughts in minutes when planning to write a book. in the past it will take me months before conceptualizing my ideas.

SmithBook effectively improves my work by adding interesting and relevant details to my story. However, the problem occurs after I upload my manuscript, and SmithBook generates a book from my submission. There should be an option for the author to edit the book in real time without paying extra fees for making changes to the original manuscript.
