I recently used this website for TikTok services and I deeply regret it. I placed an order over 14 hours ago, and it has been stuck on "Processing" ever since. I have opened multiple support tickets and tried to contact them via their "US-based" WhatsApp number, but they completely ignore all messages.
​They take your money and provide zero service and zero support. The positive reviews you see might be fake because my experience has been nothing but a headache. Do not waste your time or money here. This is a scam operation with no accountability.

I didn't expect such a service from this platform, my orders were not executed, I tried to send email to the support team , The email bounced back , nobody answers on WhatsApp support, stay away from this platform...

2nd transaction— failed. Here I am again. Giving them another review from me.

The first transaction was—okay. It took a bit of time to transfer the funds I sent them to their GCASH account. But it was—okay. Not good, but not bad. The whole thing with SMMVALY was doing well.

Fast forward yesterday. I sent them $20 (Php 1,180). I followed the same instructions on how to forward money to them and add funds. And it was sent to the same account as last time. Just that, this time. It's been more than 24 hrs. There's been an electronic email coming from them but yet my funds have not been reflected to my SMMVALY ACC.

Sadly, I am starting to think they're very slow on their service. I dunno what happened to them. This wasn't how it went last time.

EDIT; funds added after 24hrs. The services are upgraded. Will buy that monthly growth package later.

Sadly, they scammed me. I deposited money more than a month ago, and the account was never credited. They never answered by email, support ticket or WhatsApp. The company seems to be dead.
