This email serves as a final formal ultimatum regarding my unresolved refund request and the demonstrable contradictions between your advertised services and your subsequent claims.
You have stated that your services are not organic, not royalty-safe, and not distributor-approved. However, at the time of purchase, your platform explicitly advertised the following claims, among others:
“ULTRA HIGH QUALITY Streams from Real Devices”
“SEO Ranking Spotify Streams”
“Royalties Eligible”
“High Engagement Streams”
“Real Spotify Audience Ratio”
“Spotify Algorithmic Playlists Activation”
“Extra streams directly from Spotify’s algorithmic playlists, visible in Spotify for Artists”
“Traffic Sources: Spotify Editorial and Personalized Editorial Playlists”
“ULTRA REAL-QUALITY Streams + Listeners from Real Devices”
“OWN SERVICE – We are the providers of this service”
These representations clearly imply legitimacy, compliance, and suitability for real music promotion. Advertising streams as royalties eligible, delivered via real devices, and sourced from Spotify editorial and algorithmic playlists, is materially inconsistent with your later position that the services are inherently risky, non-compliant, and outside distributor standards.
Such contradictions constitute deceptive advertising and misrepresentation, regardless of any disclaimers cited in your Terms & Conditions. Disclaimers do not override explicit commercial claims made in service descriptions.
As a direct result of using your services, my music catalog suffered:
Distributor takedowns and content removals
Forced re-releases without revenue
Damage to my artist profile and distribution standing
Direct financial loss
I am therefore issuing a final demand for a partial refund of $86.51 USD.
If this refund is not processed within a reasonable timeframe, I will proceed without further notice with the following actions:
Submission of formal reports including screenshots of your service descriptions and order history
Public documentation and factual reviews across multiple platforms to warn other users
Reporting this case to relevant compliance, abuse, and consumer protection channels
Submission of evidence to platforms and entities reviewing deceptive digital services
This email represents my final attempt at amicable resolution. Failure to resolve this matter will result in permanent external escalation and public documentation based strictly on verifiable facts.
Please confirm in writing whether you will process the refund.
