Purchased a small bong

Purchased a small bong. Took 3 weeks to get to me. They would not answer why it took so long when iam within. One day delivery. I just asked for compensation. They denied. Second purchase was worse. Received broken item and wrote numerous emails to receive replacement. Two weeks went by and I contacted BBB. What do you know i got a response back finally. This msg from Mark stated they never received emails. Complete bs I sent emails to BBB. I requested there customer service do better. From there, I received an email stating iam due to the "continued threats" they are done. I guess asking that there customer service do better is a "threat" another snowflake company that will fail. Do not order from them. If you do, have fun not talking to mark until you contact BBB. Horrible company.

TERRIBLE. GO TO LUCKYELK OR TWB OR SIMPLY MARY

They advertise an amazing product, and then sell you completely different. I bought thca dab, they sent me pink glittery toothpaste. I want a dab vaporizer, they send me a cart battery that doesn’t even turn on. But my favorite part of this site, is if you try to reach out and refund your broken products. So there’s this 30 day refund thing on there you can refund no matter what and I reached out and they call you names and rejected my refund.

In this case, we thoroughly reviewed the order history and prior return requests associated with this account. Nearly every order placed resulted in a claim that the product was defective, incorrect, or not as described. After multiple accommodations, we determined that the frequency of these claims fell outside of normal purchasing behavior and were no longer eligible under our return policy.

We did not “call names,” and we remain professional in all customer communications. For manufacturer-related defects, such as battery functionality issues, we provided direct instructions for submitting a warranty claim through the brand, which is standard industry practice.

We remain committed to fair and reasonable resolutions for our customers while also protecting against policy abuse.

If any customer ever receives an incorrect item or a confirmed defect, our team is always happy to help.

Amazing service and decent prices

I want to start by saying, the prices and deals were amazing, the website super easy to navigate, looks like you have a lot of good quality products too, I ordered four of the twice baked biscotti assholes, and a cotton candy disposable, which, the disposable is amazing! I'm actually contemplating ordering a couple more, because they're great for work. Now for the twice baked biscotti hash holes, I've only smoked one so far as I'm keeping them for when I go camping or I'm out and about, but that first one I smoked all at once and honestly i wasn't extremely impressed, now I want to say: this could just be me and my ridiculous tolerance, as I smoke a lot of "tolerance killers" like dabbing a ton of diamonds in my rig and smoking hash and all those concentrates that ruin people's tolerance hahaha but I do plan on saving one to smoke with my buddy who doesn't have a high tolerance Soo Ill find out for sure next weekend

I was sent melted gummies. When I reached out to customer service they doubled down and told me “oh well it happens”. When I told them that wasn’t an acceptable response they just thanked me for my feedback. Will not be buying anything from this company again.
