I paid $102 to SmokeATX via Zelle for Order #2934 on May 27, 2025, expecting a Pax 3 Vaporizer Kit as confirmed in their invoice. Despite payment being received and acknowledged, the product was never shipped.
Multiple follow-up emails went unanswered or were met with a vague response claiming the order was “being investigated.” As of today, I have received no refund and no delivery.
I have filed a fraud report with my bank, the FTC, and the Better Business Bureau. This business appears to use Zelle as a way to avoid buyer protection. I strongly advise avoiding any purchase from SmokeATX.
