My second time ordering was AWESOME!
This is my second time ordering from SmokeMEGA.com, and I've got to say, MAN THESE GUYS ROCK! So I placed my order, and they were having this promotion of a "random/mystery free gift" after an order of equal to or more than $30. I placed my order, but wasn't sure about the process for the "mystery gift" (like did I have to let someone know? Since the website, when finalizing my order didn't say anything about me qualifying for this "mystery gift".) So I sent a message to the customer service chat bot, and the next morning one of the guys from SmokeMEGA (Chris) PERSONALLY called me, and ensured me that yes I did in fact qualify for the random mystery gift, and that it would be included with my order with no additional shopping charges! He then called me back a second time just to make sure the address on file was correct because he was having an issue finding my address I provided. 3 days later, BAM! my order was on my doorstep with excellent care taken on the shipping of my fragile glass items! Thanks a lot Chris, and thanks to SmokeMEGA! I will definitely be back to shop with you guys again!
