I have experienced a few issues with the quality of the cartridges however I did contact Smoke Relief and they sent me some replacements FOC. Good value product and so far the service is good, an option for free delivery for "bulk orders" would be nice.

Great product. Probably life saving. Peach and cherry are very good flavours. Prompt delivery. Refills last ages.

i would reccomend this product to all the people who want to quit smoking, it is great for use on planes or all the stupid restricions imposed by those who represent us in a democroacy, now they decide that it is not good for health reasons ad these are supposed to intellegent.

What an awesome solution, I have struggled to pack in smoking for years always failing at different points because I enjoy smoking so much, I even packed in for two years once.
I only wanted to stop smoking due to how much noticeable damage it was doing to my health; Now I don't need to pack in.

I only wish I could smoke my eCigarette on a plane.......

After smoking for 20 years I never considered or even really attempted to stop smoking other than trying a friends inhaler that made me feel quite ill and a patch that sent me cuckoo. Then after extensive research I decided that I should try smoke relief as it could only work two ways. I rang customer services to see which would be the best to try and without being charged a bomb or trial and subscription, I received my first pack. I haven't looked back and this has been 3-4 months ago. The craving is managed and its the only e-cig that I've found that actually imitates the really sensation of a cigarette.

Helped me to cut down my smoking dramatically, and can be smoked in places where cigarette are banned. The people at smokerelief are very friendly and helpful if you need to contact them by phone.

I have tried other e cig before but smoke relief is just best with charger on go..Refills are perfect never leak fluid..Helped me to cut down 90 % on real cigs..Love it !!!

My Father had a stroke in February and had to give up smoking. He used to smoke about 50 a day for around 45 years and I bought him a product from Smoke Relief to try and help with the withdrawal. 4 months later and I have recommended around 5 or 6 people to this company because they are brilliant. We order refills from them regularly and we have never ever had an issue. Delivery is always fast and the email communication is spot on. The main thing I like is that I feel I deal with humans and not an automated system. For example we recently got a little freebie for all the orders we have been making and there was a little handwritten note to say thank you. Such a nice touch and a company who obviously values their customers.

I've been using smoke relief for about a month now and have gone from smoking a packet of cigarettes a day to a packet per fortnight. Initially had some issues with the batteries and/ or charger unit which were supplied. My problems were resolved immediately at no charge to me by some super-efficient after sales service. I would highly recommend Smoke Relief as a product and more particularly as a company!

You absolutely have to try this product out it is great and even better is , if you ever have any problems with any of the stuff you buy from them all you have to do is phone them or email them and they just sort out the issue no grief or aggravation no 100 questions , you tell them the problem and its done sorted . I have looked around for similar products but none seem to match the quality or price, i have seen stuff on markets but the problem i have is that with the things i buy contain chemicals and sometimes i am a little wary about sourcing the absolute cheapest but with Smoke relief you get the safety of a proper company and the price is one of the lowest i have seen anywhere anyway so for me its a win win situation.
