You were advised to return the items with the assurance that the correct order, along with additional items to compensate for the postage, would be sent. It is unacceptable that after returning the goods, you have had to chase this matter through multiple emails and phone calls without resolution. Having to consider a chargeback and contact Trading Standards is certainly not the experience we want any customer to have.
We fully understand how time-consuming and unnecessary this has been for you, and we are very sorry for the stress and inconvenience caused.
Wrong order sent and now suffering
Wrong order sent. Spoke to George and he said to send back and he would send correct order together with some extra items to compensate for the postage. Returned items and despite many emails and calls, I now need to activate chargeback on my card for the £65.00 and file official complaint with trading standards. Very time consuming and not necessary.
This speaks for itself.

⛔️ Incorrect size supplied, denial of error, and unacceptable conduct⛔️
I ordered a box of RAW Ethereal Kingsize papers from SmokersChoice Ltd, along with a grinder. I have purchased RAW Kingsize papers for decades and am very familiar with their sizing. Over the years I’ve used different RAW variants (silver, black, etc.), all consistently Kingsize.
To clarify, RAW Ethereal is a newer RAW range, but it is the same product line, produced in different sizes — including Kingsize and Classic. These sizes are clearly labelled, different in length, and priced differently.
When my order arrived, the papers supplied were RAW Ethereal Classic, not Kingsize. This is the same product in the wrong size, and at a lower cost than what was ordered and paid for.
When I contacted the shop:
• The first call was abruptly ended.
• On the second call, I was asked to send photos of the order and the incorrect item, which I did immediately while still on the phone.
• Despite being shown clear photographic evidence, I was repeatedly told the items were “the same”, which is incorrect — they are the same product but a different size and cost.
• I was spoken over, accused of shouting (I was not), and the error was denied rather than addressed.
I also explained that I am disabled and cannot physically drop items off for return. I was told to “just send it” and promised postage reimbursement, despite the company already denying the mistake — leaving me with no confidence this would be honoured.
When I stated that I would escalate the matter with my bank if it could not be resolved properly, the call was terminated.
This experience involved supplying the wrong size, refusing to acknowledge an obvious error even when evidence was provided, and extremely poor customer handling. I would advise others to be cautious when ordering from this retailer and to be prepared to escalate through their bank if a straightforward issue is not resolved.

We are writing to sincerely apologise for the experience you had with your recent order from SmokersChoice Ltd. After reviewing the details you provided, it is clear that we did not meet the standard of service you are entitled to, and for that we are genuinely sorry.
First and foremost, we acknowledge that the incorrect size of product was supplied. You ordered RAW Ethereal Kingsize papers, and RAW Ethereal Classic papers were sent instead. While these products are from the same range, they are distinct sizes, clearly labelled, and priced differently, and you were correct to raise this as an error on our part.
We also apologise for the way this issue was handled when you contacted us. Ending a call abruptly, dismissing your concerns despite photographic evidence, and repeatedly stating that the items were “the same” was incorrect and unacceptable. The failure to acknowledge a clear mistake only added to your frustration, and we take responsibility for that.
In addition, we regret the manner in which our staff communicated with you. Speaking over you, accusing you of shouting, and terminating the call when you expressed your intention to escalate the matter was unprofessional and does not reflect the level of customer care we expect to provide.
We further apologise for not giving appropriate consideration to your disability. Asking you to return the item without offering a clear, accessible solution — while simultaneously denying the error — understandably caused you concern about reimbursement. This should have been handled with far more care and clarity.

Arrived very quickly considering it was over Christmas/new year period , packaged well and a good price would definetly recommend .
