Been waiting days for the delivery
Been waiting days for the delivery - DHL didnt even try to deliver to my house, I was in waiting - so Ive tried to get it delivered to a drop off point for days now- still nothing - in the same time I have had deliveries from all over UK with different couriers all ok, even Evri out performed DHL in my recent tests. Smokers Choice auto customer support was no help, courier is impossible to contact due to the ecommerce account. I had one vague, completely useless reply with zero info to one email. Not sure whats happening now, its Friday night Ive been waiting 3 days & any joy that could be had from my purchase is long gone. You are really going to have to do something to keep me from doing a chargeback or even considering using you again. This was a tester run to check product quality before bulk purchase :) :) I mean you cant make this stuff up. Sad but true.
