Smokers Heap Avis 

Smokers Heap took my 200 + dollars and left me with no products. They only created a shipping label and never sent my item. They're email and phone number are useless bc no one ever answered so I could figure out where my package was or to get a refund. This website is a scam. Do Not buy from them! Items claim they ship within 5-7 business days. It has now been 11 days since I place my order and I have heard nothing. Crickets... don't waste your money!

Don’t bother ordering from this company they will take your money send you a shipped email with tracing but never deliver the goods to the post office. I have ordered from here 2 times both with tracking and shipped emails but when tracked they only create a label with isps and never send out the package then it’s all excuses IF your even able to get ahold of anyone!!! Ordered 2 times both with the same exact result SCAM!!!!!!

Never received my order and have tried emailing them 5 different times and calling them with no answer!

This has to be the worst online vape company/store that I have EVER dealt with. I placed an order, then they contacted me to verify address. This is the last that I heard from them. They did not waste any time processing my payment. I reached out to them SEVERAL times and never heard back. I have disputed with the bank to try and get my money back.

I purchased 3 vapes and when received all of them were horrible. Obviously fake. I emailed the company to no response. Go figure. Horrible.

I ordered a couple esco bars all of them came spitting juice out and the QR codes don’t lead to anything I paid for priority mail but they send the package through ground advantage making me wait 8 days and is trying to act like the manufacturer had something to do with this if you too are looking though these reviews and get your mind changed by the replies of the owner just know you will be scammed too it’s not real don’t try it just move along and find a different website I have reported them to the postal inspectors started a dispute with my bank and we will see what happens they will probably reply with some stupid response “like sorry for the inconvenience the manufacturer gave us old vapes” don’t trust what they have going on.

It was so easy to order! They have flavors that i thought would be out of stock or no longer in stock. Just very pleased!

Recently purchased a strawberry milkshake Esco bar, with my past experience I’ve never had a problem with one of these vapes but recently the shop in town stopped selling them so I figured I’d purchase one from here, terrible mistake. When I received the vape it tasted like burnt plastic so I did what any normal person would do and reached out to them via email, I did not receive any email back until I reached out to them again. Not only was I not given the option for a refund but I since our conversation haven’t heard back from them, I was asked if I would want another vape instead but like I told them I’m particular on the vapes I buy and these ones are my go to, I expressed this again and asked for either my refund back or for another to be sent and I could send the old one back, at this point I had only had it for about a week and did not care to use it since it tasted burnt, I since have not heard from them after asking for a refund or the product I paid for, their customer service is not great at all and if that is what they are going to sell to customers is a pre burnt vape, I wouldn’t waste your time shopping here.
