Great product. Not the best communication
Product is very hard to find and enormously helpful. Deducted a star because the website uses "fast shipping" as its tagline, and a banner indicating that the shop was closed for a week did not appear until I went back to the site to check on the status of my order a couple days later. Likely a technology glitch, but I then did not receive any correspondence when, a week later, my item did ship, until I sent a message asking if I should cancel my order. Reply was somewhat curt, as though I should have somehow known my order had been shipped 10 days after placing it with zero messaging from the company to that effect. Not a deal breaker by any means, and I'll shop here again. Just not quite perfect.
