Smokin' Brothers is an artisan smokehouse in the Cotswolds, founded by three Italian friends and supplying premium smoked salmon to high end restaurants restaurants including Michelin starred, independent delis, and home customers across the UK. We smoke responsibly farmed Scottish salmon from Wester Ross, and also offer an organic range; both salmon are raised to strict welfare, 100% natural feed, and the highest environmental standards. Every side is hand-cured, slow-smoked over juniper, beech and oak, and hand-trimmed in our Cotswolds smokehouse. Dear Alena, thank you for the feedback! To make that immaculate taste we use very expensive raw materials and we use artisan hand made techniques which are unfortunately more pricey that other big producers use, however we appreciate you took your time to tell us your opinion even if we hoped it was a 5/5 :)

Excellent fresh Salmon, and they were super helpful with my questions and made sure the salmon was delivered on time.
Also, my garden plants are very happy with the gel from the cool packs :).

Delicious smoked salmon
Delicious smoked salmon and trout. Unfortunately I was unable to buy the trout portions as it was unavailable, but I was refunded the cost and kept updated. Have bought a few times and will continue to buy as it's the best smoked salmon around.

Salmon fillets and smoked salmon very nice. Salmon patty not so good as taste of salmon masked by a heavy hand of Dill and Chives. Recipe needs adjusting to allow taste of salmon to come through

Dear Ron, we are glad you enjoyed our smoked salmon and aged salmon, while we are sorry you did not love our patè as much. We understand it isn't the classic patè flavour you might be used to, genrally patè is made with lots of butter and cheese, which is a standard in our industry. Smokin' Brothers is about making things differently, so our patè is is hand made with fresh herbs and lemon, many people believe are great complementary flavour to roasted salmon, however we understand we are all different and we all have different taste, while we believe 3 stars out of 5 is a bit harsh, we appreciate you took your time to give us a feedback.

Wow says it all!
Wow says it all! My first order and I was cautious so ordered the trimmings and some fresh salmon. The smoked salmon was indeed soft and buttery and mild flavour. I immediately thought I had made a mistake only ordering one pack. The fresh salmon I ordered was also wonderful. Looking forward to placing my next order. The service is excellent as was the packaging.

Salmon Great, Service Not
The salmon is incredible, it’s the best smoked salmon I’ve ever had - it just doesn’t turn up on time…. Twice now I’ve placed orders before Wednesday on the basis that it’ll be delivered on the Friday. Twice it hasn’t. I get an email, from Vincenzo apologising and offering me a discount on the next order (which doesn’t seem to materialise).
As I say, the salmon is amazing - so as long as you don’t need it by a specific date - order!
