Smokin' Brothers is an artisan smokehouse in the Cotswolds, founded by three Italian friends and supplying premium smoked salmon to high end restaurants restaurants including Michelin starred, independent delis, and home customers across the UK. We smoke responsibly farmed Scottish salmon from Wester Ross, and also offer an organic range; both salmon are raised to strict welfare, 100% natural feed, and the highest environmental standards. Every side is hand-cured, slow-smoked over juniper, beech and oak, and hand-trimmed in our Cotswolds smokehouse. Multi-award winning, including Great Taste Awards 3-star, the top accreditation from the Guild of Fine Food, given to fewer than 2% of products judged. Trustpilot is where we listen. Excellent quality
Excellent quality, I had smoked trout for the first time - and it was just wonderful. Texture, taste and colour. Delivery was uncomplicated and fast as always. Usually I order smoked salmon, which is great too.

Excellent service
This is the second time I have purchased the salmon, there were a couple of small issues with the order which were rectified with excellent communication and service, bought a full side this time, the salmon is for my own self indulgence and find it particularly tender and delicious, the way it is cut makes it ideal to portion up for freezing
I chose the organic as it bothers me how food is sourced .

Great tasting smoked salmon
Great tasting smoked salmon, not the cheapest but delicious. Purchased a whole side and it disappeared very quickly at a dinner party and only a bit left for the host the next day. Everyone commented how good it was. Definitely brings back Stokey memories.

Great Smoked Salmon
Smoked salmon was delicious and I liked the way it was cut, but £32 is a lot of money for 300 grams.

Hey Keith, we can assure you we are not adding an extra margin to make more profits. £25 for 300 grams (plus 7 in yoru order case for next day shipping) are simply to eat an high qualitative protein, that you can actually trace back to the source, knowing there is nothing artificial in it.
