Amazing

My experience with SMS Global has always been a positive one.

They always handle any queries or issues that we may have from time to time in a prompt efficient manner. They are also pro-active in suggesting new ideas to better our exposure in marketing.

Good SMS provider but lacks some core features

Overall SMS provider is good. If we take quality of delivery - I'd say this one is the best SMS gateway I've worked so far. However still some features are missing. As example - Send/receive API cannot be limited to some IP hence you can't add additional layer of security. Key is compromised - say goodbye to your credits. Also they do not offer any QA environment so you will loose money on testing. They do have ready to use libraries for some platforms though.

Email to SMS not working

I subscribed only because the Email to SMS function, but its not working with me and support ticked raised before 7 days without any solution provided.

Small problem, resolved quickly

Had a problem after a password reset - couldn't login. Created a new account, but a setting form the old account was not allowed to be duplicated in the new account. I sent in a support ticket and expected to be emailed back, I got a phone call and the problem was resolved over the phone in a couple of minutes.

Good job support team!

Nice Expensive can use some more flexibility.

Hi

I was very happy to find your service. Saved me integration time between Amazon SES, SNS, Lambda and My own domain.

However, your prices are a bit high. I hope those will be negotiable if our volume increases.

In terms of flexibility, I would like to be able to bring my own domain. Not use PhoneNumber @ smsglobal.com but rather use Number @ MyDomain.com by changing my DNS MX record to point to you somehow.

Is that possible?

Missed Notices

I was hoping this service would be more beneficial to my business, but I only receive sporadic notifications of my e-commerce sales and I have to solely rely on email notifications from another provider to let me respond quicker to sales, which is not as fast. SMS would have been the ideal response, but it's hit and miss when I do get a text.

I will not be continuing with the service when my balance has expired. I need a more accurate notification system.

Doesn't work for U.S. Customers

I tried to use it for Email to SMS. I tried doing it from inside your software. I attempted to message myself to my own cellphone from my Mac workstation as a test. No matter what I did, no text ever came through to my phone even though your system showed "Sent". I am with AT & T.
Perhaps you could tell me what I'm doing wrong? I've not had the chance to call for assistance. I heard somewhere that AT&T blocks anything that has "financial". my company name is 1on1financial Even though I only sent "Let's eat tacos" as a test text. Thanks
