We use the bee pollen to help Betty our lab with her allergies alongside other natural products and it works great. We’ve ordered from snackwaggers before who are always helpful and answered questions for me. The dispatch is also quick! Would recommend.

I am so pleased with my first order!!! The treats have amazing variety, they are decent portion sizes, my dog loves them and the vinyl sticker was so easy to apply!! Quick delivery and fully recyclable packaging was amazing! Can’t wait to order again

Brilliant snacks and service. Love using snackwaggers and the dog loves getting her treats straight to the door! They have a good variety of natural treats and there’s always something new to try. Highly recommended.

Not impressed
The box came with a big hole in the bottom corner and some of the treats must have fallen out. They were just thrown in the box, no liner or anything. I also ordered a surprise box for my daughters dog and the surprise was.. no box just a label telling you what went in the box. Had to figure what was what myself!!
Don't think I will use them again.

For the oversight regarding packaging and the unfortunate damage during transit, we offer our sincerest apologies.
We understand how disappointing it must have been to find the box damaged and the contents disarrayed, especially the Surprise Treat box intended for your daughter's dog. The absence of the protective eco-friendly honeycomb paper liner, which is indeed part of our standard packaging process, is concerning. It appears it may have dislodged or fallen out, which is an issue we are taking seriously and will address immediately to prevent future occurrences.
Regarding the Surprise Treat box, our intention is always to delight both pets and their owners. It's clear that the presentation did not live up to this goal, and for that, we are genuinely sorry. We appreciate your feedback on this matter as it highlights areas for improvement in how we package and present our special items.

Excellent quality treats at a very reasonable price. I always struggle finding fish treats other than sprats, so I always stock up here!
