Easy process from start to finish
Easy process from start to finish. Called early in the morning and was able to pickup my item by noon. They provided both an email and a courtesy call to let me know my item was ready, as well as step by step instructions on how to pickup my item. Will do business with Snap Suppy again!!

Needed an igniter for my Samsung gas range. I searched the site and found what I thought was my part. Apparently my unit had two different igniters and of course I ordered the wrong one.
It arrived broken in shipping anyway.
I contacted Snap Supply and the mistake was rectified easily.
The proper igniter was sent and my oven works like new again.
I’m not a professional, just an ambitious handyman.
