My photo print's tend to come out grainy but I recently received my framed canvas & the quality is amazing even better that they're currently 75% off, I was sceptical but the end result was so good I have made and purchased a second one. I've also made calenders before which also came out amazing.

A massive violation of privacy! Do NOT use this company. AWFUL customer service. I wonder which stranger received half of my photographs!
Photobook quality
I ordered a few photobooks - The quality of the photos is terrible. I uploaded great quality photos, but somehow they ended up very grainy and extremely dark - you can barely see anything because they’re so dark. I tried contacting customer service, but I haven’t received any response at all.
Awesome service from Snapfish!
My order went missing (delivery company's fault - not Snapfish), so Snapfish immediately dispatched another order without any delay or any charge. They were so responsive to my emails. I am really impressed with their service! Will be ordering from them again xxx
Damaged products, no reply from customer service
Ordered a bunch of Christmas decorations with photos of our baby girl to give as gifts. Half of them were broken on arrival with the photo falling out of the decoration, some of them were even hung upside down with no easy way to remedy that. This was a rushed job; no care taken to ensure the product is of good quality. Also the delivery cost is obscene. I have tried to follow up with Snapfish NZ customer service and have received no answer to my complaint. Highly advise not ordering from this company
Book no longer available - weeks of work lost
I spent weeks making a photo book to record my family history. It was a mix of photos and text. Adding the text was a huge part of the work as it had to be researched, then typed with font size, etc checked. Suddenly I could no longer access it and have been told that the particular style of book is unavailable. Initially I was offered $5 towards next postage and no explanation. After weeks of emailing, they have finally confirmed that my emails have been discussed with a supervisor, they have no idea whether that book will ever be available again and that none of my work can be recovered even by a member of their technical team. I had no warning this was about to happen and have lost all this work. Disgusting and a complete lack of empathy.
Disappointed …
My order arrived promptly but I am very disappointed. I have just gone through the originals that I uploaded and I did not behead my subjects or leave their feet off. The prints make it look as though I have no idea how to take photos.
And it was just as well that I was home when my package arrived. The Aramex courier left my package leaning against the house on a showery day. The outer package is cardboard and the inner envelope is paper. They would have been ruined if it had been raining.
Happy with my calendars
Placed an order for calendars. I found the website easy to use. Before I ordered I saw all the negative reviews and it made me think twice about completing the order. Went ahead anyway and was pleasantly surprised, my order arrived five days earlier than the expected arrival date, and was perfect. The colours and images looked exactly as they had on the web page. My only negative was the price of shipping! However as I purchased the calendars on a sale deal overall I was happy with the total cost per calendar.

Ordered the 250 piece puzzle(i sent a photo and they made it)and metal ornament for christmas. Not happy with quality of photo on puzzle or ornament. I actually was very underwhelmed of how it was sent and presented. Communication was not great. Website terrible. Won't be ordering or buying again
Terrible quality prints and delays
The app is user friendly but the service and print quality is terrible! Have waited over a month for prints to arrive. Still waiting for half of them but going somewhere else to reprint as the quality is awful. Cropped different to crop marks on the app and guide. Won’t ever use again
MASSIVE SHIPPING COSTS
They used to be great..Now they charge HUGE amounts for shipping. Mine was $18!! Just for shipping alone for a mug. So I quickly chose another website! Never shopping at snapfish again
The jigsaw puzzle was of very poor thin…
The jigsaw puzzle was of very poor thin cardboard quality. It came already put together, seriously why would you order a jigsaw that is already done, not actually the point of a jigsaw. There was no box or picture enclosed. Will not order from Snapfish ever again. I used the chat page as no other contact options available and they promised to redo the puzzle and send it in a box but they did not.
Snapfish New Zealand - New canvas has caused damage on wall and baseboard, canvas damaged as it dropped after 2min
I have ordered a canvas for over 100 NZD beginning 2025. I left it in the packaging as I moved into a new built house. Yesterday I mounted the canvas on the wall and after 2min it dropped on the ground. The baseboard was damaged, the canvas itself was damaged and the wall needs to be repainted as paint chipped off. The images show that Snapfish uses plastic coated wires as cord wire. The plastic coating was stripped off on one end and caused the canvas to drop. I contacted Snapfish because this is clearly a manufacturer's fault. Their reply is that I have passed 28 days which are listed out in their policy. Well, every product should have 1 year warranty to start with. Indpenent of that this produt was in new condition as unused and stored in the original packaging. Very disappointing and annoying to see how much damage it has caused!!!!!!!!!!
Five Photo Books and very happy!
I have ordered 5 books through Snapfish NZ. The website is easy to use to place photos and text. The "Review and Buy" did not function properly for my most recent book, but the staff were helpful and communicated clearly and promptly to get the technical issue fixed. They emailed me once it was sorted. Most books have been delivered earlier than the stated date, and in excellent condition. The quality has been superb. I highly recommend this company for making photo books.
Ordered a Canvas - Arrived damaged, but good end result
Ordered a Canvas, however it arrived damaged from the Courier. I also noticed that the canvas was not very well packaged potentially leading to the damage.
The entire canvas, only had 1 thin layer of Bubblewrap that couldn't even wrap around itself. The canvas could move inside the cardboard box further allowing damages.
I contacted their CS team who were very helpful and remorseful who sent out a replacement free of charge to me.
Again, when it arrived, it was poorly package, however the item arrived unscathed.
We also ordered books which arrived very well packaged. Snapfish need to sort out their dispatching process to reduce damages when their items are in transit.
Breach of privacy and total disregard
My photo book arrived today and the front and back covers were my photos but the pages contained photos which weren't mine.
A total breach of privacy, these photos are of children and their names have been printed.
Makes me wonder where my photo pages ended up.
After contacting Snapfish and wasting a heap of time they offered me a $20 credit for delivery. This is my 2nd book 2 out of 2 to be stuffed up.
Ongoing spam emails without a way to opt-out
Definitely avoid this company. They'll hound you for years and years with spammy emails, encouraging you to buy more products, even if you only made a purchase once. I think I made a one-off purchase over 10 years ago, but they still send me marketing emails without an opt-out or unsubscribe button.
Snapfish Review
I ordered a magic mug, it took about 1 and a half weeks to arrive. When it arrived it was in extremely good condition. And it changed from black to pictures really nicely. If you are looking for a customisable gift then this well be good.
Highly Reccomend It.
Prints not fitted to photo size
I ordered a size of photo which I thought was the right one. My fault, I didnt get the ruler out but I did expect to receive photos that fitted the size. Instead I received photos with heads chopped off, people chopped out. Not good. Every size should fit the photo surely.
Cards only got for the Rubbish
All my personally designed cards got sent to me with a snapfish logo on them!! Added by snapfish after I uploaded my own personal designs. Tried to contact top reach resolution but nobody responded. Had to throw cards in the bin. Dont waste your money. you get what you pay for!
