I placed an order with Snapklik and what followed was a masterclass in how NOT to run an online store.
After waiting with zero shipping update, I reached out to ask if my order had even been dispatched. The only response I got was an automated email saying “we generally respond the same day” — and then nothing. No human, no follow-up, no tracking info, no acknowledgement.
I followed up three times over several days. Still nothing.
Eventually I had to cancel the order myself after sending a final ultimatum email. No apology, no explanation, no refund confirmation — just silence.
What makes this worse is that it’s not just a fulfilment failure — it’s a complete customer service breakdown. A legitimate business doesn’t ghost paying customers across multiple follow-ups.
Avoid Snapklik entirely. If something goes wrong with your order — and based on my experience, it might — you’ll be on your own.

Very unreliable. Ordered twice, both times with the product showing as 'in stock', only to receive a 'delay' email straight after. Both orders cancelled.

I had to open a dispute with my bank due to non-delivery. I would not recommend based on this experience.

I order the medicine on february 21,2026 and until now march 17, 2026 I havent receive yet ,I reach out the delivey company which is the FedEx and they said cannot process the items coz the custom hongkong need an import licence for clearance ,is there other way we can refund the payments.?
Hello my name is Joshua and I pourchase a bed frame from snapklik and have to tried to contact them multiple times to get a confirmation for my pourchase and nothing has come through have no contact or service management as I can tell. It was costly and to receive nothing back and waste so much money seems like it’s a scam. Will be telling my bank the transaction was not me if not heard back from snapklik

FedEx had investigated into where my parcel they said they’d delivered had disappeared too & eventually told me it was lost & to get in touch with snapklik for a replacement, so I forwarded FedEx’s decision to snapklik & not got anything from them. Useless customer service Do NOT Use this Company. Stole £50 from me

This is how it’s supposed to work.
I ordered some pet food from them, the shipping was done by FedEx, from New York to my home address in Australia took around 5 days, full tracking.
It’s a tad expensive but worth it.
At present they aren’t shipping any food items due to Customs regulations which is a shame.
I received a defective part.
Tried to contact customer service… no answer till now.
Just throw 650$ in the garbage.

Customer support was first rate. Item arrived here 5 days before expected delivery time. Item trussed up like an Egyptian mummy so it was in perfect condition.
I can not find a reason to give it less stars.
My parcel went to the wrong block of flats thank you FedEx for being so stupid and delivered my parcel to wrong address, don't have my item and paid for something I don't own,Snapkilk change your delivery company they don't get back to customers and to be true nor have you,so not happy at the least.

100% had to buy a pair of replacement binoculars I broke , this site was only one offering them, so got from here and to be honest judging by reviews thought I would get fakes or refurb , far from it all as new in manufactures box all wrapped and sealed 100% genuine , will use again excellent communication and super quick delivery
Inept customer service. I ordered items from this company, but they shipped me the wrong thing. I reported this to them and after several emails back and forth I'm still waiting for an answer as when I will receive my items. They've since stopped replying to my requests for un update. So yes I think I've been scammed. DON'T USE THEM!
