I’ve been getting tea from Snarky for 2 years, and have only had to contact CS once. They got back to me within 3 business days, and were very dry helpful to resolve my issue. I also learned to add sweetener to my tea to boost flavor and add sweetness. Some tea flavors are not for everyone, and after a while I’ve learned what flavors my family tends to like.

I joined there membership and order the tea, once the tea came I did not like the tea, I have sent numerous emails as you cannot call them requesting they stop my automatic shipments. Was not even asking for any money back just wanted the tea to stop, well it has been over a year I am still getting the tea it comes in and goes right into the garbage! No responses to the numerous emails, I have cancelled my auto ship and my membership to no avail...for the love of god STOP sending me the tea!!!!

Snarky Tea is Awesome. Customer Service is awesome. This is a small company, and they only have one customer service person to help all of our needs. I joined the Snark Squad and All the people in the Snark Squad help you in so many ways and if you have situations that arise, like a customer service question, the people are there to help. The tea is awesome. If you look at the quality of the Tea compared to other companies the ingredients are look so much better. Just my opinion. If you were in the Snark Squad and you had a problem with the strength of the Tea, they are there to help. I Love Snarky Tea and the only Tea where I wanted to drink Tea. Everyone has their own tastes, and it is okay not to like Snarky Tea, and it would be nice if you don't like Snarky Tea, you could give a decent review and not such a mean review. That goes for all reviews. All companies work so hard to make their company successful. I wish all companies success!!

Customer Service is absolutely horrible. No response to all attempts except one Facebook response that be patient and if you submit more than one request for assistance, you go to the bottom of the list. I had the same experience as another person who left a review here that they were blocked from their Facebook page. After I wrote saying my patience was over and would contact my bank, they blocked me. They made no attempt to resolve the matter with me. There are a lot of other companies to purchase tea from. This is definitely not one that anyone should be buying from.

The teas are delicious and their customer services amazing! Been using them for over two years.

The teas are awful. No flavor or just taste terrible. The Lavendar Lemonade was the worst. I had to just pour the whole 64 oz down the drain. The tea is not worth all the hype their ads promote.

This product is only packaged for Snarky it's not produced by them leaving the question where the source of the ingredients actually come from. So many countries still use agriculture products that are harmful to humans. IMO there are many other products to consider for quality and price.

These herbal teas have NO FLAVOR! I commented through FB … my comment was immediately removed and I was BLOCKED from even viewing their site! Apparently they don’t tolerate negative comments! If you go their site you will see many positive comments, I wonder if their staff is posting these comments? I wish I had found these reviews before I purchased these herbal teas! BTW the ‘lavender lemonade’ has NO LEMON flavor it tastes like you are eating lavender flowers .. it’s disgusting! Too bad they don’t allow negative comments, it might help people make a more informed decision about purchasing these horrible teas! The colors of the teas is very nice but the lack of flavor is a turn off. I have tried 9 sample packs. So glad I didn’t order these herbal teas in larger quantities.

Horrible customer service. Do not purchase. Never received my order. No phone number. Just get BS automated emails. Will be providing millions of reviews to make sure no one is scammed.

I have purchased several flavors of tea from Snarky tea based on high review scores on their website. There is a flavor I found extremely bitter and dissatisfying and tried to leave a review. I completed all of the necessary boxes and tapped the submit button but nothing happened. I refreshed my page and repeated the process with no success. I then went to a different tea and successfully entered a positive review without difficulty. I then returned to the offensive tea and attempted to submit my honest one star review and was not able to submit it. I don't like this company's dishonest practice of not allowing a negative review and will no longer be giving them my business.

Shipping was quick. The idea is great. The sampler kit is cute. The tea is underwhelming. Flavor isnt there like I'd like it to be. I've followed the instructions to a tea (heh) each time I've brewed and its just not there.

I'm actually shocked at the reviews I am seeing here. I love all the variety of blends and the special launches. I have had amazing experience with customer service. Anyone who has had a bad experience, must not be contacting the right people. They are super responsive; they care about the product and customer satisfaction. I saw someone's review about returns. You do realize this is a small business. When you are buying the kit, you are given a free sampler. Once you return the kit, since you can't return the tea, the sampler obviously isn't free. Small businesses can't run on giving away free product. I have been a loyal customer since the very beginning 8 years ago. This is an all female; family run business. The ladies are kind and very hard workers. Any time I had an issue, it was handled in a timely manner. Let's not forget to mention the tea is delicious. Nothing like you get off the grocery store shelves. If you're not used to actual tea, this might be an acquired taste. The best part is they have a facebook group called Snark Squad. The ladies in that group share great recipes on how to bring out the flavors and how to mix blends, etc. It's a wonderful community. You should try it yourself.

The tea tastes like gas station bathroom potpourri landed in your mouth. I tried all 3 of the samplers...disgusting!

Worst customer service EVER! Requested a return, then was told that they’d deduct 16.99 for the FREE sample plus cost of shipping. Told them I still wanted to return but never heard back from them. I don’t know where all of the raving reviews from their site are coming from. Super disappointed.

I really wanted to like Snarky tea because I'm trying to drink less sweet tea, tea as a whole and soda; and I can't stand plain water. I'm underwhelmed. I've tried normal brew, hot steeping and a 14 hr steep (out of desperation) and could barely sense a taste after each try. Due to the volume of high reviews, I went all in purchasing the 64oz container kit believing I, too, would be a fan. Super disappointed especially because it's abit pricey.

Worst customer service ever. They short you product. No refund, no reship, no communication. You get ignored. I won't be buying again.

Snarky Tea is amazing!!!
I stumbled upon them on Social a few months ago. They create outstanding and inventive tea products with a fantastic sense of humor! Their customer service is what companies should strive for, and they really interact with their customers. Try their tea... you won't be disappointed!
